Is there any active phone number that we can contact?I wanted to change my address in the policy but these guys have no phone number in service. No response for the email also. Since I live far, I cant go to their office in person. I already changed my address but couldnt change the address in the policy. I am well aware about the situation that the company can decline any claim request now because of the mismatch in Driving license and policy information. So I decided to cancel my policy through this irresponsibl team. But the funny thing is, only they can cancel the service. Now I dont know what to do.Reply me if you have a phone number in service.

I'm using Car insurance through themSuper slow and poor service. Replies very late and have very poor team coordination .made a bad move to choose them .They were good during initial time though. But I think they are good initially only .Once you become old customer , they are not bothered or interested to work .Waiting for pink slip since long time after address change . But no response yetFinger crossed not to get pulled over w/o updated pink slip
