Maybe I would give a better rating, but 3 calls and 3 messages during a 3 week period and have yet to hear back from anyone at this business......terrible communication. Maybe one day someone will return my call. They must be too busy to deal with my residential survey needs......oh well, I will take my business elsewhere.

I am very pleased on how Nelson the owner of Toronto Land Surveyors Inc., conducted himself and with his surveyors on my property when they did the survey. They were very professional and got the job done as they said they would. They had the best prices as I called a few other Survey companies. Nelson is very approachable and a friendly person, got back to me asap when I left a message. Answered all of my questions and I was very satisfied with the outcome of my property.
