We've been with Clearwave for several years and have enjoyed every bit of it. Customer service has been good, the speeds are as advertised and the bandwidth cost is fair.They have a very knowledgeable team and very up to date technology.Thank you Clearwave and keep up the good work!

I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. My business in edmonton has been struggling with other providers to the point of making it very hard to conduct business due to extremely slow speeds. I contacted clear wave and had them come install a commercial service. Right from the get go the ordering process was simple, The tech arrived exactly when he was scheduled for and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Later that day everything was setup, our IT came in the evening and made the switch and we have been using it in our office flawlessly with speeds as advertised. We are back in business thanks to clear wave. I had called tech support to ask for some information about IP addresses and no one was able to take the call at that time. i opted not to leave a voice message as it wasn't an urgent matter. Within minutes i had a call back saying they missed a call from my number. i was extremely impressed by this. Our first invoice arrived in my Email and the pricing was exactly as discussed and the best part was there is only ONE line item. No hidden fees and BS like other carriers. So thank you for being a straight up professional company.

I switched to Clearwave a few years ago after horrible experience with another provider .. best thing I did. I have directed so many neighbors to them as well. Their customer service is professional, polite and personal. Thanks to Serge and his team for keeping me on-line ... and since I work from home, this is super important to me. Been with Clearwave for over 10 years (Clyde Area) I would highly recommend you look into another internet provider if you like working internet.Since recently new owners we have had nothing but issues, constantly cutting out and so slow. Was told it was our router so we purchased new one and still the same issues they just keep telling us everything is good on there end. Will be switching companies soon and I can not wait!

We’ve been using Clearwave’s services for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed. We have directed many friends and family to join with their services. Today I sent in an email to check see if they were having troubles with our tower because we lost our service. Within no time our door bell rang. We've been with this company for 9 years now, in the beginning there were a few hiccups but were resolved quickly. Speeds r as advertised and and pricing is affordable n no hidden charges as well for being way out in rural Alberta can't complain. Thanks for the excellent service.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I tried to call because our internet was down, however their phone lines were also down. Frustrated, I went to their office in person hoping to get some help, but instead, I was met with an awful customer service experience. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me, making me feel like the issue at hand was not important. As someone who heavily relies on the internet for work and to make the company run, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
