I simply cannot thank John enough for doing an amazing job selling my 2500 sq ft Townhouse in Maple Ridge. I did a lot of research before settling on John and came very near to using a discount realtor. Its a hot market after all so how much help do I really need? I can tell you that working with a full service like John was absolutely worth it. He was extremely professional and confident in the way he took charge of all the responsibilities, providing first class photographs and a listing that made our humble home look like a high-end listing in West Vancouver. He efficiently managed all of the showings and made our family feel confident that COVID-19 protocols were being followed. With John's exceptional negotiation skills we had an accepted offer at full price within 24 hours of going to market. However, a drainage issue was found during inspection. John stuck with us through thick and thin, assisting us with his own professionals until we resolved the issue and sold again at full price but this time we closed the deal. What can I say about John Cashin other than great person and even better realtor. John Cashin was extremely knowledgeable about the market and he clearly outlined what the current real estate market conditions were, was informed about the other local sales for the purpose of pricing our property fairly and as a result, drove lots of activity and interest through our house - which sold with multiple offers presented and well above asking price!
