I decided to go with Natalie Leblanc and Dejardin insurance a couple years ago after having a bad experience with TD previously. The difference was night and day having one point of contact with Desjardin vs being passed from department after department with TD, each agent was very impersonal and had to reverify you time and time again. not only was Desjardins cheaper but they were more personal. I can highly recommend them.
