From the initial call to Curtis, to the on site meeting with a comprehensive estimate, at very reasonable rate, we felt comfortable proceeding. The crew arrived ready to tackle the preparations and painting without any problems. As it took 2 days to complete the job, supplies and equipment were secured at the end of the day. The following day like clockwork they finished the painting and towards the end of the day, invited us to walk the site with the head painter. Green Island Painting was fantastic to work with from the initial quote booking to finishing the job on our exterior house plus cottage paint.Curtis was responsive and prompt with quickly booking and following up with a reasonable quote. Curtis was available to answer my many questions and flexible with discussing various options for the job.There was a crew at times of up to 8 at our house (led by Chris), they were all very professional and courteous. Chris was very patient and communicated questions to make sure the job was done how we wanted.They truly reflect their five star rating in all aspects of their business. First of all, Green Island Painting provided a very competitive quote to get my cedar shakes, gables & window trim stained. They honoured their project date and completed the job quickly. Curtis as project manager, has excellent management & communication skills. He was so prompt & professional with all of his communications, and demonstrated great integrity in providing above board solutions & work.As well, TJ & Kevin did an outstanding job in their work with great detail, accuracy, & promptness, and were a pleasure to work with as you can see how much they love their work!I can’t thank Curtis enough for overseeing this exterior staining project with such integrity. I called four different painting companies and only two even responded. Green Island came and provided a quote within 48 hours. The quote was fair (and didn't increase after the job was done!) I chose Green Island because they have done many homes in the area, and their work in flawless and after many years the paint seems to keep its longevity compared to other paint jobs. I was very impressed with Green Island prep work. They pressure washed, sanded, caulked, taped and covered all windows. The team came in early like soldiers and worked until the sun came down, thus a fine job completed in only 4 days! All team members were professional and tidy! If you want the job done right the first time, trust Curtis and his team at Green Island Painting. Curtis even came back the next week to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction and to his own as he saw a few imperfections and offered to fix it up promptly. Thank you Green Island!

Our strata complex hired Green Island Painting to paint the exterior of 28 townhouse units. Curtis was one of only a few painting contractors to provide a quote. The price was competitive and we’re more than satisfied with their work. The painters were punctual, respectful, responsive and conscientious about their work. Curtis and Cordell are exceptional with customer service. Any concerns from unit owners and strata council, and there were very few, were promptly addressed. We loved the Green Island Painting team. They are amazing at what they do, responsive, committed to their words & job. My request was at very short notice and they managed delivery on time with quality work. We had movers who damaged the paint during the furniture move but Curtis was so accommodating & he fixed the damage very next day. He and Matt did make sure we are happy with paint job at our new home. We loved their service and adding to our favorite content list. Keep up the good work guys :)

Did a great job just recently painting our house. After finishing it the first time they went over carefully and fixed any mistakes/scuffs.

Curtis and his team painted the exterior of our house in May 2022. We had an excellent experience. Curtis has a strong work ethic and is organized. He is very good at communicating and let us know when they would be there and how the job was progressing. He asked questions, and clarified anything not clear. He’s accountable, professional and always shows up when he says he will. He has a great team of workers as well. He was realistic in terms of when he could book us in, and how long it would take. That is, we felt we could trust his word. Would I recommend Curtis and his team for an exterior paint job? Absolutely!
