The vaccination area is great with my kids. The breastfeeding class we attended was awful and full of misinformation. The postpartum breast feeding support wasn’t helpful. I ended my breastfeeding journey early on as the support wasn’t there, they couldn’t even refer me for mental health support as the wait was over 6 months!

My baby got his 2 months immunization today(He is 3 months already). It's all good and fast. Nurse is friendly.However, it takes at least 2 months for appointment..just need to be patient.

It's not professional service. I have booked immunization vaccine for my baby one month ago for Dec 17 and they call to cancell the appointment less than 24 hours and they will rebook it for end of January. This is horrible management.

The nurses are great! They are wonderful with the babies and I've only had positive interactions. The front desk employees are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I recently called to book an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very rude with me when I asked her to repeat the time so I could write it down. She was very impatient and wouldn't say her name when I confronted her about her rudeness. She mocked me saying oh must be really hard" as I said I was looking for a pen. Such a shame they have horrible front desk staff!"

Changed the hours without notice, would've really appreciated any communication. Also the head measurement tape for babies was always a hassle to find.

I’ve had no issues booking an appointment for my baby’s vaccinations. The nurse we have gotten is sweet and greeted us happily. Takes some of the tension away. The place could use updates as it’s looking outdated/old.
