Costco Wholesale

I don't normally post reviews but I was greeted by Maryam Shabir who answered all my questions and concerns being a new member at Costco. She explained all the details and gave me information on membership and points card. She also helped me look for things. This is far better service than what I have received at other locations. I would highly recommend it.

I love this location. Everything is very well kept and clean. The produce is always properly rotated and the shelves are always very organized for dry as well. Staff have always been lovely and helpful. The only reason I give 4stars is because sometimes on busier days they do not have someone managing the lines at the till. Usually there is someone but not always and it can make for a very frustrating wait in line, because people seem to require direction or it’s a gong show. Also a 4star because the return line can be quite ridiculous as well.

We bought a LG fridge From Port Coquitlam Costco. When we opened a box there were many dents on both fridge and freezer doors. Costco in port coquitlam's front manager Mr.Dane which did not released his last name promised that he will fix the issue and replace the dent one with the one with no dent but again they brought another fridge which had two visible dents .I complained to the store manager again . This time I spoke with Mr.Taj who was a manager .He fixed the issue and two other nice ssistant manager by the name of Mr. Frank And Mr.carl came by and replaced the fridge with the one which was perfect with no cosmetic issue

Shop here all the time. I mostly like it. Food is great and they have a lot of healthy alternatives I wouldn't expect like organic options. Quality of furniture or clothing isn't so great and I'll shop for that elsewhere. I am disappointed when things I regularly buy are no longer carried or disappear for a few months or show up somewhere different. Weekend crowds are ridiculous and it's pretty full during the week too. So shop just before closing during the week if you want to avoid crowds and lines.

recently visited Costco Wholesale in Port Coquitlam and had a positive experience overall, warranting a solid 4-star rating. However, the store layout could be improved to enhance navigation and reduce congestion during busy hours. Additionally, parking was sometimes challenging due to limited spaces. Nevertheless, Costco in Port Coquitlam remains a reliable and cost-effective shopping destination worth visiting.

I wanted to return my carpet for the first time, and I didn't know where should I return it. I entered the entrance with a big carpet on my hand while everyone could clearly see that. Front line staff asked for my membership card and let me in. I thought I could return my item to customer service, same as SuperStore/Walmart/every store in Canada, I can go to customer service to return it. Nobody in front door let me know that I should return my carpet to a different door. I was looking for customer service to catch out, but I was confused, so I looked around and finally found a staff member and showed her the smal carpet, and asked her how I could return it. She saw my carpet and showed me the merchandise return door. I stayed in the line when another staff member came to me and asked me where I grabbed the carpet!!!!. I was shocked by her question so I showed her my receipt that I bought it yesterday and want to return it. Very roud lady.Then, a couple of minutes later, another sttaf Ken" came to me with the same question;I explained to him the same thing. However

The store is busy but moving steady throughout and they keep the tills moving. The other shoppers are generally friendly and in good moods and doing there own thing..In twenty years of shopping here I've only have had one horrible experience here. It was a upper staff member, he was very rude and inconsiderate. The customer service representative was in shock and very apologetic for his behaviour. She help me with the issue I was having...In a way she save the day!

Friendly employees and rare Korean roast beef in Greater Vancouver, my favorite! There are plenty of parking spaces, and the distance between cars is great!

Costco Wholesale in Port Coquitlam is a fantastic place to shop for groceries and household goods. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at great prices. We have been shopping at Costco since 2001 ever since we moved to BC.Great place to shop especially when you have a large family.However, the Coquitlam location is small for the number of customers that shop there and parking is difficult most of the time. They need to do something about it.
