THRIFTOPIA

I and my daughters have been regular patrons for years and have loved it. I went in today to give donations and take a look for something new. When I first walked in I was hit with this horrible vanilla smell, I thought that maybe another costumer had overdone their perfume but moving through out the store I could not escape it. I was starting to get a migraine as I do with artificial scents. I asked an employee if they could do something about the horrible smell, they said they had no ability as it was the owners that chose this. Owners PLEASE get rid of the scent as me and my daughters are allergic to these fragrances. We can not shop there until you stop doing this. Please let us know when we can safely return to the store, I would hate to have to go elsewhere, but will until this is changed. It was fine before when there was no scent, it is a deterrent!.

Very calming atmosphere as you browse thru the store. Polite, helpful staff should you have an inquiry, and need assistance.

Awesome shopping here! I loved the layout. Very neat, organized and well ventilated. There were change rooms with couches and a nice display area in the front of the store. Did not have the stuffy thrift store feeling. The set pricing is amazing as well. We went to a couple big chain thrift stores before visiting Thriftopia and everything was SO OVERPRICED but shopping here was amazing and we got some really good finds. Highly recommend a visit!

The store is clean, organized and even smells good! The prices are amazing too. For $96 we got 3 very full bags of clothes for my granddaughter. The price structure makes shopping easy too. It's priced by size. My granddaughter is size 6, so it was $2.00 for most items. The workers are also super nice and helpful. Before you go to another thrift store, go here first!!!

This place is very clean and really well organized. It has great pricing, and a really nice used shoe selection. There are change rooms too!

I love this store, been coming for over 6 years… but they recently upped their price and it is not as economical as before.Inflation for sure, but just a heads up.6$/pieceStill love it, clean, triage of their clothes is well done. Will still comeback, was just surprise to see the new rates on the door.

The prices were excellent. $4 per adult item, but the change rooms were very inaccessible. They do not have seats to sit on. Your only option is to change while standing or sitting on the ground.

This is a cool store. Heavily caters toeards women so if you are a guy you are pretty SOL. I like the static pricing structure. My mom found these purses she liked and each was only $4.We will be going back.

Decent finds, however my interaction with employees tarnished my experience.I was specifically looking for long skirts. While having a friendly conversation with one of the staff members I spotted two behind the counter. I asked to see them to which I was told no- for no reason, just no. These items were hung up and prepared to go out on the floor but she would not show me the skirts, and continued to repeat “that’s our store policy” like a broken record. She did not offer any type of solution or provide any valid reason why she couldn’t put out the items. I inquired when she thought they would be put out so that I could come back to which she answered “I wouldn’t know”.I am baffled by the lack of customer service and simple communication skills. What an unfortunate first experience to have at Thriftopia.

I would describe myself as a thrift store officinata. And this is by far the worst thrifting experience I've ever had. I had concerns that I wanted to address with the manager. These two teenage girls said they were the managers, so I asked to speak to the owner. They said the owner was not in. They refused to provide the owner's name or phone number or when the owner might be in next. I will spend my money elsewhere. Goodwill and Worldserve have better quality mechandise and much friendlier staff.
