They charged me so much and completely messed up my hair. I did streaks with purple on top. When I went back with my aunt for a refund they said they couldn’t do it and we’re very reluctant to fix it. They fixed my hair and the color completely washed out.

I absolutely love Amanda. This was my fourth round of going blonde and she is so patient and clear with what I should expect. I like how she walks me through the process each time. My family is always commenting on my hair now! They all love it. Where I used to go, I was never satisfied and paid at minimum $200 per visit. Here I leave paying less than that including a purchase of shampoo and conditioner! Super inexpensive!!!

The colour is nice even though it was not exactly what I had prior to getting the roots fixed with the partial highlights.The haircut was awful. Choppy and uneven and very unattractive- and I was told only 2 inches would be cut when way more was taken off the length. My hair felt lighter but when I went home and took a look I was so unhappy with how it looked and noticed there was no texturizing at all.The total price was so expensive and more than I have ever paid . I had to go to a second hairdresser to get my layers blended and fixed and make it look like a normal haircut - will never go back.

Don't go to this place if you have somewhere important to go to within the next several weeks after your visit to this salon... like a wedding...or even work! Not pleased to see me back with my concerns of her handywork. Highlights and dye applied together.At $345, without a blow dry, I found this salon to be expensive.The price did include a trim.Also, rim of dye on my hair line edges (not my skin) which i was horrified to learn that I would have to live with for at least the next 2 washes. Never seen that method before.I asked for ash blonde and came out honey dark blonde even after showing a past picture of my last colour.

as i requested for a Cesar Cut, young barber got confused you want a cut only with scissors??"i explained "no. as in cesar salad? secar cut"you g barber shrugged it off "i don't kno what that is.."i explained "get rid of the sides and trim the top"young barber suggested a different hair do. i just went along with him. than as the end result wasn't to my liking

Worst hairdresser ever! My boyfriend wanted a haircut just for a quick trim and even showed some pictures of what he wanted. The hairdresser did something completely different and flattened out his naturally curly hair. When we said we really weren’t happy with the results he began insulting us and kept yelling that his hair wasn’t even curly and that he needed a perm (even though he already had super curly hair). Of course we couldn’t get a refund (it cost us 35$ for a men’s haircut!) and while we were complaining about their horrible service the lady at the front desk kept ignoring us because she was angry we did give any tip.Do not go to that place even for a quick haircut, the staff was impolite and completely disregarded what the client asked for.

My cut was fine at the beginning but after a few days i noticed the layers were very blunt and having curly hair it looks tenty. Shampoo girl also drenched my face by letting go of the hose. There was no apology. She actually tried to dismiss my water covered face. I don't know what else to say but i'm very disappointed as i can't afford these mistakes. Back to square one i guess. If anyone knows a good hair dresser pls let me know.

I have been to this salon earlier and was very pleased with my haircut . This time around I got a new hairdresser. She recommended that the current haircut I have is good and I just need a trim which was totally fine. I told her that I had just washed my hair so wouldn't need a hair wash, so far so good. But she thought not having to give me a hair wash meant just sprinkle water on my hair and do the trim. She didn't bother to wet my hair well enough so now the hair has all bounced back and

I got my hair and makeup done here yesterday, and both turned out great! Thank you. :)The only down side is that lighting in the back room isn't the best for makeup.
