I booked my 4 month old to see Dr. Jeffrey Gratton after we started experiencing some sudden issues breastfeeding. We had one appointment with Dr. Jeff and had immediate results! I couldn’t believe my eyes when my baby latched perfectly right after the appointment. My baby has also had much more consistent bowel movements as well. It’s a win win for us. Dr. Jeff is a miracle worker!

Great experience here, from checking in to the massage to checking out. Lots of parking available, easy to get to. The direct billing was a huge plus! The massage from Virginia was great, she was very friendly, professional, and had lots of information to share. This is a great place for an RMT and I can't wait for my next appointment.

My experience with Dr. Jennifer has been amazing. She is exceptionally thorough and compassionate. In the time I have spent following her guidance I have seen all of my symtoms improve immensely. I highly recommend giving Coastal Roots Health Centre a try!

As well as Chiropracty, Dr. Jeff provides orthotics, and he is just as careful and committed to a perfect outcome with them. He took such care to get it right - and when one foot wasn't perfect, he got it fixed. Felt totally safe.And Dr Jen is helping someone I love to recover from stress, re-balancing systems and getting healthy. And it's WORKING - fast. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough - couldn't be in better hands.Thank you both!

I have to give a shoutout to Dr. Jeffrey Gratton, a chiropractor at Coastal Roots in sooke and Victoria. After one treatment my 3 month old went from pooping once every 4 or 5 days to twice a day. I was very hesitant to take her to a chiropractor but he was very gentle, asked a ton of questions and explained everything he was doing.

Dr Jeff is the best. He puts his patients first, he so kind hearted. I recommend him to anyone. Also I love the staff that work the front desk.

Just love this practice! Dr. Jenn and Dr. Jeff are both kind, compassionate, caring individuals, who put the utmost integrity and passion into what they do. I've been going to Coastal Roots for a number of years for incredible massages and more recently have been going consistently for acupuncture treatments.I was skeptical, but hopeful that acupuncture could help alleviate a post-surgical chronic, painful and debilitating hip/nerve condition that required me to eventually be unable to walk without a cane (and still be in extreme discomfort).The acupuncture and IMS treatments (including scar therapy) that Christina has been doing for me have been life changing. After 3 treatments I was able to take short walks without a cane with a drastic reduction in pain. I have had my 4th treatment and am still noticing improvement day by day. I am excited to keep coming in for these targeted treatments and to eventually receive help for other chronic issues and pain I've has for many, many years.After exhausting EVERY 'typical' medical avenue available in a desperate attempt to alleviate pain and mobility issues, I am very grateful that Christina can help.I would encourage anyone with any physical ailment to try acupuncture.It is unfortunate that this may be considered by some to be an 'alternative' modality.
