Disappointing experience. Misdiagnosed why my washer timer was not advancing, then did not properly check that the new part (which I had to order and pay for separately) fixed the problem. He then recommended another part (water pressure sensor) be replaced (which he offered to do for free) but by then I had lost confidence, having already spent over $400. Called another repairman who correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it by replacing the control board. Expensive experience.

This has been the worst experience. They have my warranty parts and I can't get ahold of anyone to have them out in. Whirlpool hasn't been any help at all. Called 6 times now and they were supposed to sent a new representative two weeks ago and still nothing.
