It's good value around $32 per person plus an additional5 to 7 dollars for the broth. Seniors pay $19 only. Good food. A bit unorganized . We had all you can eat hotpot, includingdessert. We had no idea how & when the hotpotis coming. A bit unorganized with the the dishes. We weren't sure where we are the clean dishes. To their defence. It was quite busy. We'll be back.

I used to be a loyal customer to this place. However, in the past week, they cancelled my order for more 5 times. I ordered a few snacks and appetizers and they just kept canceling my order without any apologies! If the items are not available, you should mark it and let the customer know! You shouldn’t run business like this.

Love this place, food is always fast, delicious and fresh. The soup is very warming and has great depth of flavor. The rice noodles are also very unique! Been going to this place for years - reccomend the crispy chicken when it is in stock.

Ordered tomato chicken noodle.No cutlery when server drop off my order.Chicken arrive with cold in the middle. Asked for the server, she is new and her manager told her the chicken is cold and should dip it into the soup.Chicken is not fresh and look sad.Soup base and noodles are okay

Initial reviewThe food is great with value pricing that makes this ridiculously affordable.Service needs work. (They were very friendly however)We were handed a menu with no explanations. You just have to pick.When we ordered we did not receive what we expected as our expectations had been from Instagram posts. (That is partially our fault)We ordered the spicy and sour soup.I enjoyed the broth. All the food was Already inside the bowl aside from the noodles and some pork that had a very smokey flavor.So we ordered another tomato one that came with the tray of food that I had seen in other people's photos.The noodles are unlimited but we were not asked about refills. After our food was served they pretty much left us alone to figure things out. I think we could have asked but I know not everyone feels comfortable asking. If you dont this is not a place for you.Looks like it has a strong Asian following. Wth these prices for non msg soup, they will probably still do very well.Due to the pricing and value, it hits for a 4 even though the service was not good. They were friendly but the service mostly was just a delivery of food.Pro tip: When they are walking with a hot pot... They announce it... In Mandarin (I think). So we kind of assumed she was saying hot pot, but we aren't 100% sure. So if you hear someone saying something repetitive Lee you might want to get out of their way..Parking is available in a medium lot, however it is shared with many very busy businesses

Food tastes great, but take a picture of your dimsum sheet so you remember what you ordered and what arrived. It can get busy here, so some plates are delayed or possibly missed by everyone, including by you.Excellent flavor, though, so it's worth the repeat visits.Need to try the noodles and hotpot still, but looking at other table orders it looks very promising.

Great atmosphere and lots of variety. You can choose rice noodles, dim sum or hot pot. I was pleased with the presentation and the quality of the food. The rice noodles soup comes in a really hot bowl and the noodles come separately where you put inside the bowl.The atmosphere is very warm and fuzzy as the couch, the wooden tables and the music add a warm ambiance.That was enjoyable. Also the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of food we had.

Good foods with a real or close to the original taste, and the important is food are not very expensive, worth it. Comfortable and spacious seats in a half isolated environment. Music and decorations also make me feel happy. The only thing unmatched with the cleanness is there are manystuffs placed outside of the washroom.

Great experience for my first time trying hot pot! Super great service, friendliness and help for choosing ingredients and making the best sauces. Would definitely come back for hot pot again or to try the dim sum as well.
