Dr. Jefferies is great! I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I have no complaints! And I was worried about being hounded for not taking better care of my teeth, but they have a no-judgment atmosphere and focus on how I can make improvements on my dental hygiene habits.

Maybe I'm part of the fringe minority, but whether it's a simple cleaning, check-up, or major procedure, I genuinely look forward every appointment I book.Every staff member is extremely friendly and professional and Dr. Jefferies' demeanour strikes me as very kind and humble. Not only that but his work has won me over since switching from a dentist whose work disappointed me.Parkstone's office is clean, comfortable and their equipment is state-of-the-art.

We've been going to Parkstone now for about 5 years, and would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone on the search. Dr. Jeffries has been amazing with my high needs son, he's always calm and patience with him. He's been a huge contributing factor in the success of our dental health. Our trips to the dentist are never stressful, the team makes sure to always make sure we are comfortable.

My wife and I have been coming here for the last 18 months. They're always on time and I've had 3 different hygienist who have all been great. My wife is nervous at the dentist but she said this is one of the best places she's been too

I have been coming to Parkstone for a few years now. After many years of searching for a dental clinic that I am confident going to, I have found it here. There is almost no wait time. You are made to feel very comfortable. I've had many different procedures, and they have not been even remotely uncomfortable! I used to have a huge fear of dentists. Not any more. The assistants are so sweet and the hygienists, thorough. The front-end staff are also very kind. I'm so glad I found this place!

Everybody at Parkstone dental is amazing!! I’m there alot as im doing Invisalign (very happy with my experience !) Even my 5 year old son loves it there! Best dental office ever! Dr.Jefferies is who we see and I recommend him any time I can!

I am very fortunate to be a patient at Parkstone since they opened in Sherwood Park. They have the most compassionate group of hygienists, dental assistants and reception staff that I have ever dealt with. From the time that you walk into the door, the reception staff are friendly and immediately put you at ease. Dr. Jeffrey has treated me with so much kindness and has gone above and beyond to help me deal with dental difficulties during and after my cancer treatment. I can’t imagine that there is a better dentist because his skill & professionalism are perfectly matched with his sense of humour & pleasant nature.Both Dr. Jeffrey and his staff have often squeezed me in for last minute appointments when I’m in pain. I thought it was so kind when without me asking, they made every attempt to accommodate me and protect my health during and after covid. They knew that I was immunocompromised and they would book my appointments first in the morning or try to distance me from other patients when getting dental work. They have figured out how to turn anxiety about dental appointments into a pleasure and we are lucky to have this dental office in Sherwood Park! I‘ve referred my family & friends there and I’m quite certain that all of us will be lifelong patients!

Our family has been going to Parkstone Dental for 7 years and HIGHLY recommend them! My now adult kids are still choosing to go there.The enviroment is super comfortable and welcoming, the staff makes you feel like family right from the start.I've had my share of traumatic experiences over the years, which gave me great anxiety about going to the dentist. That is, until I found Dr. Jeffries! He has a calm and gentle presence, extensive knowlegde and he takes the time to clearly explain your treatment options.
