Karissa and her staff at Cozy Care pets make things seamless. We have been working with Karissa and having Kelly stay with our chocolate lab puppy since he was 3-months old and I highly recommend them if you are looking for any pet care service. Cozy Care Pets has always been great to accommodate our requests (like extra pet updates when we were away because we were new pet parents) and Karissa and her team are great with communications. We receive 2-3 updates every day when we are gone to outline how our dog is doing along with pictures!!! An added bonus… our house is always in great condition when we return! It feels great to know that someone is there watching over our house when we are away, and the house is always very clean on our return. We love Coxy Care Pets and we will be lifetime clients!

We have loved our time with Karissa and the Cozy care team. Sadly, we are moving out of their travel range and will no longer be able to use their services. We are so bummed! Karissa and her team gave us peace of mind while we traveled. They took amazing care of our 3 black labs and sent daily picture updates. I know our dogs were in great hands and we had full trust our dogs would be loved and treated well while we were away! I would highly recommend karissa and her team!

I cannot say enough about the PHENOMENAL care provided by Karissa’s team of sitters. While we were out of town, we received tons of updates and photos and arrived home to a very happy dog. Our older dog loves being able to stay home rather than being boarded and it’s obvious he got so much love and snuggles. Seriously the best care we’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

Karissa and her associate, Bill, helped us, all, know our beloved Millie would be well loved and cared for while we were away-from our first call to the completed pet report card upon our return to let us know how our dog behaved on all important levels, throughout. They asked us many good questions, were very open and thorough, gave us timely updates with pics, stayed in communication, gave our mastiff lots of love, affection, play, treats and went above and beyond in every way! So grateful for the excellent care and peace of mind we had while we were away! I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy over night pet sitter while I was out of town for one week. I was referred to Karissa at Cozy Care Pet Services. She was very professional. She did a meet and greet with my animals and really got to know me and my animals. While I was out of town I received daily photos and updates on my animals which I loved and could see that they were having a ton of fun and in good hands. When my boyfriend and I were planning our first vacation since we got our two cats, we were looking for an option that didn't involve boarding them, which is how we found Cozy Care Pet Services.We couldn't be happier with the service we received! Karissa was friendly, professional, and provided detailed text and photo updates daily about how our cats were doing.
