After confirming the shipping address they sent the order to the wrong address causing major anxiety to the awaiting patient. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic place! They carry all of the good brands of vitamins and supplements (which is hard to find) plus creams and foods, etc. It's also located in the same building as the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.

Staff are friendly in store. Customer service could use some work. They don't typically answer phone calls.

Ordered a product from this store. They failed to send shipment out or inform me of anything. They don't answer the phones or reply to emails. After two weeks of no response I disputed the payment and that is when they finally sent me an email - still waiting for a refund however. Horrible service.

Awesome selection of supplements that are hard to find, plus you can order them over the phone, online or through email. Staff are happy to help find selected items and ship them across the country. There are also memberships that really can help students & health care practitioners! I have always had staff help me with my questions and the manager has gone out of her way to help me find options or call companies to answer questions. I order from them all the time!
