What an aptly named business. Terry was certainly our Hero" on a Sunday. Living in the country and on a septic system things can go wrong. Our toilets were backed up and we needed someone ASAP. Terry arrived in a timely manner

We called Hero Plumbing to solve a gnarly issue with a smart shower installation. The staff is super personable and friendly. We got an extremely reasonable quote and the job was finished faster than we expected. We'll definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

Terry was able to come to our house on a Sunday and repair our leaking pipe which we appreciated. Not only is he an accomplished plumber he is also a charming individual. Terry was recommended to us by our daughter who has used his services a few times and we in turn would recommend him.

We had old taps in a shower that needed to be replaced. The old taps were separate hot and cold. We wanted to convert them into a single control. This required getting access to the taps through a wall and the existing shower stall including a bath wall liner that had been installed in the shower.Terry did the required work very well. When the wall was opened up, the situation was more complicated than originally thought due to concrete and wire mesh that needed to be cut through. Terry adjusted to the changing circumstances and was able to complete the job in a professional manner, all the while having a can do" attitude and being pleasant and professional.We are very pleased with the result.
