Mark and RJ was very professional; very skillful and knowledgeable of their craft. They re-keyed two exterior doors. Their service was swift and affordable. So, glad I chose them instead of others that tried to push their service on me. I will recommend and use them again.

I highly recommend Mark! I met him for the first time today and to say he is an honest, kind-hearted, down to earth guy is an understatement. Mark knew I was in need of a cell phone, and out of the kindness of his own heart he gave me an excellent phone he no longer needed and wanted nothing in return, not even a penny, he only asked that I pay it forward! Mark you are an amazing person and you've got my word! We need more people in this world as kind as you.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service. RJ responded to a voicemail and gave me an accurate ETA for an emergency lockout. When he arrived, he performed the entry quickly and responsibly and gave me an explanation about the tool he used and some information about my lock. Excellent communication and great service. Recommend.

These are the kind of people you want to be able to work with in a bad situation. They fixed my father's door that was broken by emergency services and coordinated with me to pay it even though I couldn't be there. Really excellent service from really excellent guys.

I have used their services before and they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is the cost. Pricing sure has gone up. I recommend you get a quote before they come out. That was my mistake. I was charged a drive out fee of $75 (Auburn Hills to Madison Heights) and then with a 30 to 40 minute job (Max) of changing one lock charged another $159.00. This did not include supplies. We will not use again.

Mark and RJ came out and were pros all the way. They were assigned to my store by my landlords assistant. I wish I knew them years ago. They are experienced, professional and most importantly, reasonable. This is a shady industry with a lot of price gouging SOB’s. These guys were fair and reasonable. Transparency, efficiency, timely. So many words to describe my very positive experience. Our front door at our Waterford store finally works like a charm. Thanks Action Locksmiths. I hope whoever reads this is inspired to contact them. This is a call you will not regret.

These guys are phenomenal, A true meaning of above and beyond! I saw them rescue a turtle on the side of the road! I love the care and compassion they have for even our communities smallest creatures. Great work fellas!
