Do not use this company for snow removal service.On their first day of snow removal they did $1500+ worth of damages on my property.I was polite at first and gave them every opportunity to own up to their mistake but that did not happen. What did happen was them blaming me for their mistake/accident.Today I woke up to find their sign removed from my driveway, no refund has been offered at this time. I have yet to receive a single voice or text message from this company.Terrible company and equally terrible customer service.

Booked a trailer for 12 hours with a confirmation number, showed up and they said they couldn’t give it to us because someone else had reserved it. Waste of time and energy dealing with this useless place. Save your time and money, don’t bother

I would have put ZERO but this post wouldn't let me. This is a place to be avoided!! Moving day is an important day and this company doesn't care. They promised us a trailer for our move and when we went to pick it up on the day of the move, they didn't have it. On top of it all, they had the nerve to insist that they never promised it!! After reading many of their reviews, this is typical behaviour on their part. Moving day is way too important to rely on shoddy service. Don't be left with no trailer and a company that couldn't care less. Highly recommend you rent somewhere else!

Avoid this place like a room full of positive Covid 19 cases. He lied to me on the phone then hung up and when i called right back it went to voice mail. left 4 messages no returned. He stiffed me for over $500.00
