Let me tell you I had an extra dirty vehicle (ridiculously embarrassing on how dirty my vehicle was), and they made it look spotless! I own multiple animals and the vehicle was coated in animal hair, and windows with nose prints, and they made it look like it came from the dealer's lot! 5+stars.

My car looks amazing! I was told by staff it would be done by 1, but when I told them I had to be at work for 12 they were able to rearrange their schedule and get it done so it would be ready in time. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the service!

It saddens me a great deal to write this review because I’ve had absolutely fabulous service from this company last year but today I’ve been left completely flabbergasted with my telephone experience. I purchased a gift certificate from a silent auction for a vehicle detailing and paid a lot of money but it was completely worth it because I know the job would be done right. I’ve had an appointment booked for well over a month for tomorrow. I call this afternoon to make arrangements for drop off and I’m told, mid-conversation and out of the blue, that he would have ‘to pass on the job’ due to ‘personal reasons’. Now I'm left with trying to find another company to detail my vehicle at the last minute and I know there isn’t one that will do the same job. I’m just so disappointed with this lack of customer service and respect. I was truly looking forward to having my vehicle look like new again.

Had my vehicle in to Heins Auto Spa today for a Winter Bliss service package and a windshield treatment. They did an amazing job. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Last year we entrusted Larry and his team from Heins Auto Spa to apply a ceramic coating to our Volvo XC90. The results were amazing and the service was top notch.A week ago I had Larry’s team do a decontamination wash to remove all the grit and grime you pick up as you drive along.The team at Heins Auto Spa did another amazing job.If you are are looking for a detailing to keep your asset well protected, the team at Heins Auto Spa will not disappoint.

I took my brand new car in yesterday to Heins Auto Spa in Fredericton. I had been looking at ceramic coating but due to the type of finish, Larry researched to see if that product was right for my car, it wasn't since it would change the look vs. just enhance it. I appreciated that he suggested a different service, which would still provide a protective sealant but was much less money.Very happy with the communication, research, service, and work that Larry and his team provided! I would definitely recommend them. My car looks amazing, fresh and ready for summer! I was very anxious to let anyone drive it, even just moving it around! This was because I have NEVER had a new car, it is only 3 months old AND it is an electric vehicle.Highly recommend them! My Hyundai Ioniq 5 says THANK YOU! I feel like i have a brand new car! It is so clean, more than i expected!!!! But most importantly the service from these folks is something that i haven’t experienced in a while. My car was a mess when I send it to them. We love the work. The look and smell are like new. Larry and the crew were awesome. They will take care of everything. There is nothing you need to worry about.Keep it up, guys!
