Had two medium sized dead elms removed, as well as some old stumps removed. The crew did an impressive job cleaning up and Nathan was responsive at all times during the course of our business. Would contact them again for future tree services.

Nathan is terrific, knowledgeable, and honest. I have a massive, old oak tree that needs to be managed so that it lives longer. The only other option was to remove it, but Nathan cares about trees and he believes he can save it. After a thorough assessment, Nathan explained the vulnerabilities and he explained how he was going to save the tree. Nathan had to shift his busy schedule to do the pruning while it was still dormant so that the work did not stress the tree. After climbing the tree to do his work, Nathan further confirmed that the tree is in good health, and we now have a long term plan to keep the tree alive. Nathan did extra work and the cost came in lower than his original quote. It's unfortunate more experts did not have the same dedication as Nathan.

Was in a bind to get a handful of big trees removed before the excavation crew arrived, after being ghosted by another tree service company. Contacted FTS on a Saturday morning, and they were out as scheduled on Tuesday morning! Had all the trees down and a rough site cleanup done by early afternoon. Frontenac Tree Service saved the day and will be our go-to tree folks for any future work! Well done, and I'd love one of your shirts! 8)

Nathan aka the “Stump Terminator” and his crew were absolutely fantastic to have back at our home to grind down our stumps and clean out a problem area of our yard. Nathan is personable, responsive, and dedicated( see picture of him continuing to grind down our stumps in a HAILSTORM). Can’t recommend these guys and their professionalism enough!

I called a few places to deal with a dying ash tree I had over my property, my neighbour's and township cables. Frontenac was by far the most accommodating and was always quick to respond to my queries. My parents had used them in the past with positive results, so I felt very comfortable choosing them.The job was done very well. No sign of damage to any of the work areas. Job was well communicated and done within the timeframe given.These guys won't stay a small business for long with this kind of excellent customer service.

Nathan and his crew were nothing but professional, polite, on time, worked hard and safe and got it all done in a timely matter. I couldn't be more happy with their services. They took down one of my large trees that was hanging over my roof with ease. They used the right equipment and safely took it down with no damage to my property. Fantastic experience with Nathan and his team. Once I sent the photos for a quote the process was smooth and fast. Within a few days he was able to fit us in and I came home from work to no more stumps and all the mess taken away. Would 100% recommend!

Frontenac took down a tree in my backyard and were able to do it in a very tight space near a fence and a shed. The overall performance of Frontenac Tree Service was excellent. Businesslike and professional in every way their work method involved climbing and making many careful cuts with great attention to where every bit of wood was landing. The two-person team worked efficiently and safely at all times. Nothing at all was damaged including the plants and garden. The man doing the cutting was particularly skilled with ropes and saw. They took away everything and cleaned up nicely. And, they were careful to keep the neighbours happy which is important to me. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Nathan's services. Theirs was also the most favorable and lowest cost of three proposals.

Phenomenal work all around. Nathan fit me into a two week window despite that they were already booked solid for months out because another tree planting service bailed on me and my $2k worth of trees would have died without them doing me a favour. The staff was absolutely outstanding, respectful and professional. I would strongly recommend using their services. There were no hidden or additional fees following completion of the job and they stuck to their estimate.
