We used Mark to serve paperwork for us in which we were under a tight timeline. My first email to Mark was at 10pm, to find out about his services, and within minutes he responded and answered all my questions, and gave me confidence to use his services. He also told us he would switch around his schedule and get on our case as soon as he could the following day. We were not disappointed with our decision. Mark was fast, efficient, and his communication was uncomparable. I had emailed many other process servers in the Edmonton area, and some were a week getting back to us. Mark answered all our question about the process, and managed to serve the paperwork within 24 hours. He let us know what was going on every step of the way, and ensured we knew when the paperwork was served as soon as he did it. Mark completed all the paperwork he needed on his end, and sent it off to us via mail (as we are in a different province).
