Lovely store with welcoming staff and a diverse collection of games, consoles, and accessories. I was helped by Rory, who was a pleasure to talk to and clearly very knowledgeable. I know it won’t be long before I’m back again. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t reccommend this store to ANYONE! The female staff are kind but the new male staff are rude & unprofessional. It does NOT matter if a customer’s opinion is wrong you keep it to yourself! I talked to some fugly weeaboo in a Dragon Ball Z sweatshirt saying my favourite webshow VideoGame Reunion is fanmade while he kept on insisting it’s fan fiction! I do NOT like it when people put fan made Nintendo parodies as fan fiction it’s disgusting! I gave him feedback if he wants more customers to come in to keep his opinions to himself the other staff member some homeless man with a man bun just laughed this review will NOT be deleted unless those two idiotic staff are reprimanded for being unprofessional! the man said he’d give me 50$ for my single copy of Paper mario on the N64!It’s not a loose cartridge it’s a single cartridge! A loose cartridge is where it rattles & shakes clearly this noob NEEDS to do his homework! I think he gave me 40$ JUST because I disagreed with him he shouldn’t be working retail if he CANNOT handle nor show customers a positive experience he should work at McDonald’s fits his personality more.As for the homeless rubbish guy with the man bun yes I hate men with man buns he should work in clearing people’s garbage! I rather be served by the female staff as they’re much more understanding & NOT rude!

Always a fantastic place to shop for games new and old. The staff is always friendly and fun to talk to for information. They have a lot of choices for retro games and it's definitely my go-to store for PS3 and PS2 games. I bought 2 Gameboy SPs here in good condition and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Great service. Good selection of old retro stuff. Their prices are on par or better than online shopping. They allowed me to trade my caseless copy of phantom hourglass" for a copy with a case. (With an upcharge of course) but some other stores in the area wouldnt even allow that. So props to this store for allowing that 40$ transaction..Bought a nintendo 3ds the next day...everything worked as it should...however i do wish they cleaned their used consoles just for that

Great spot, nice and helpful staff. Inventory is well organized and absolutely massive, they got it all. I will also highlight the fact they are very, very fair when it comes to trading in. Highly recommended!

This is the only shop I go to for my games. I have found games I have been searching for, for over 5 years on a Tuesday afternoon just casually grazing. The prices are excellent, beyond reasonable. (-1 Star:) As for trade in, better for quick money or credits, definitely not top dollar, don’t go in expecting competitive rates. Store is quite small but jam packed with amazing games to choose from and always changing. They encourage folks to come in rather than scouring online. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Good vibes all around. Little home away from home.

Visiting this video game store was quite a pleasant experience. This store is filled with a large assortment of video game consoles and handhelds as well as many games and accessories (from older and newer generations). There happened to be a much larger selection than I was originally expecting. I was quite surprised to see many older and rarer consoles/games/accessories being sold and/or showcased as well. Retro style music filled the space which seemed quite fitting for the environment. The staff were willing to answer several questions that I brought up. I would definitely recommend checking out this store for any video game enthusiast.

Came down as I was looking for a long lost memory Thundercade" so I had called in advance and ordered it.When I got down I asked if I could browse quickly.The store has fantastic COVID-19 guidelines and protections in place

I came by today at lunch to get a few xbox one games. The store has an amazing selection of games, consoles and goodies. It's well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. But you can also easily wonder for a couple hours to look at everything and spark childhood memories of your favorite games.The staff member I spoke to was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I was able to pick up a game I had on my wishlist but had forgotten about. He was also super excited to share about his experience with the games which got me even more hyped about the ones I picked.I think I have found my new favorite video games store.
