If I could give zero Stars I would. I went in there to ask questions about my plan and upgrade phones, and Buddy was sitting with his feet up behind the counter and looked at me and said sorry I'm busy and I'm on my own you will have to come back later. Went back in 15 minutes later only to be met with an audible sigh and a reluctant greeting. He had absolutely no interest in helping us.Terrible customer service. Brutal, in fact.Dont shop at this location if you need actual help and information.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. Staff are incompetent, dressed in sweats as if it was a regular day. Unwilling to go the extra mile for customers, unaware of what plans and what offers will stack. Not willing to open or set-up devices or even offer that as a service. Expect customers to trust" them with offers

We were there this week because we need it a new phone right the away because the other one wasn’t working anymore.We got told their can’t help up us and we need to phone telus mobility to maybe still get the Black Friday deal on iPhones what was for us not understandable.We kept asking more questions but no one was really helpful.It looked like their didn’t wanna make any business this day.We been customers with telus over 10years (Personal and for Business) and we always went to this location!But now location changed and staff as well and this makes a big different!We hope we are getting better service and phone with no problem somewhere else tomorrow!

They sold my mom a case for the wrong model of phone. she went back to exchange it and they convinced her that phone cases are supposed to press buttons on their own.

Very unprofessional service by the staff. I asked her to explain me about the phone plans. She replied, I should check online rather asking her . Didn't help at all and I come back without any purchase .

No wonder they have less than 3 stars never answer store phone equally worst staff any answered ph is business loss.

All of the staff is very helpful and friendly specially sonia who helped us with wifi services at home. She recommended a best plan for our family.

Went into this location a couple of times and staff have been really helpful. Staff always go the extra little bit to help solve an issue or get the right phone (the 2 reasons we went in). One was a rental phone that our sim card didn't fit and they were happy to give us the right one, no charge. Thanks again!
