Food is okay, but the customer service is terrible. The server is not friendly at all and she has attitude, me and my friends felt rushed when we were eating.

Excellent service, the environment really nice, server was wonderful, the -1 star is the steaks were overcook 1 level, I ordered one was medium cook but outcome was medium well, than I ordered another steak for medium rare and actual outcome was medium. Overall still a good place for steak.Service = 5Place = 5Food =4PS: For the kids' burger.... Burger King even better than it, this need to improve.

I came to try this location out and order there specialty dish. One of the best steaks I have had in awhile.. wow.. the service was exactly how I would like it. Drinks came out right away. We didn't have to wait to order or to ask for a refill. They also brought me out a birthday cake which my fiance ate. I was extremely happy with my experience here and will be coming back.

Once again the Keg didn't disappoint we had our Xmas staff dinner there and the food and service was top notch. I recommend the Baseball Sirloin with Peppercorn whisky always a favorite.

WoW! Amazing good quality food and excellent service! I was staying at a close by hotel and wanted a takeout, they served me quickly, and efficiently with attention to detail such as offering all the options with my meal. Don’t hesitate to go there if you’re close by. In the picture I took the blackened chicken with side of veggies, starter of shrimp cocktail and the iceberg wedge salad. They gave me complimentary bread that was hot out of the oven.

Not my first time here. From my past experiences it seems like the Keg stays up to its standards. My wife has an allergy to mushrooms and the chefs and waiters/waitresses will take extra precautions to make sure the food doesn't in come contact with any of the foods she's allergic to. The place is well maintained and the food is always delicious. I love the steaks. I always recommend the Keg.

Keg is always great -- great staff -- always just honestly nice.Prices have not gone up nearly as much as other restaurants.Appreciate that. Keg Southside has the best patio in Winnipeg. Our server -- so sorry i did not take note of her name -- was so nice - very relaxed and perfect service. Thank you .

We got there on a Saturday evening and had maybe a 3 min wait for a table. Sat on the patio with a nice atmosphere, our server was quite attentive, which was very nice. The filet minon while still tasting quite good, left a little to be desired as it looked ever so slightly overcooked from what was ordered, and the single strip of bacon draped around it looked a bit more like an afterthought than anything. But overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely return.
