Nordic Spa Halifax

Great getaway with my little family (wife and 10 month old). Felt like home. Only downside was the bed was a little noisy with my daughter sleeping in the room but it wasn't a deal breaker. Amazing stay :)

Terrible service. Booked the place for a relaxing birthday celebration only to find there was no heat or hot water for the duration of our stay. Apparently the propane tank was empty (?), but no one was on hand to fix the problem until well after midnight. Guests had to layer clothes and pack into the sauna fully dressed to warm up. What's worse, tried multiple times to contact the owner directly to address the problem only to be deflected time and time again. No refund, let alone an honest apology. Very disappointing, will not book again.

The perfect place to stay and relax! We were so lucky to have the place to ourselves so it was extra relaxing but even if it was full, it’s such a beautiful spot, it’s hard not to fall in love.It was confusing at first as the staff only works until 3pm and aren’t the best at responding to voicemails or messages... I had questions prior to arrival that never got answered because of thisLuckily we got a hold of them the day of and were all good, and upon arrival, were honestly stunned at how beautiful the place is.Terra was so helpful, and Violet made a great breakfast or us! We LOVED the sauna, steam room right beside our room and the hot tub and kayaks outside were the perfect way to enjoy the beachfront.We can’t wait to go back and relax for another night or two - HIGHLY recommend this place for couples :)

Outstanding stay at Worthington Place - Ocean SideWe truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful, luxury, well equipped cottage.Great rooms , each one has its own bathroom with a TV. Pool table, hut tub and many other activities. We even went kayaking in the lake in November and it was nice.Highly recommended

If I could give this place more stars I would. Such a great relaxing experience! Me and my besties went for a girls day and we had a great time. Place is beautiful and I can't wait to get a massage next time.The sauna spa ritual was my favorite and the salt scrub! We're planning our next visit now

Tara & Mike along with Violet & Kathy made us feel soo at home. We rented the whole property to ourselves and stayed there 5 nights with both our families for our Wedding! The breakfasts were yummy and they were there to help if we needed anything! Perfect location and beautiful scenery. Hot tub, sauna and steam room along with games room, kayaks and paddle boat made the experience fun and relaxing for both our families. Thank YOU to Tara especially for being such a sweetheart and treating us like her own! An unforgettable beginning to our married life in this beautiful property with our families!

I attended a family wedding here, the entire facility was ours. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the rooms. The Kithcen is well equipped as we made all the meals on site. The outside is just as beautiful. Boasting beautiful sunsets and calm waters for kayaking. The only disappointment was the steam room wasn't set up yet.

This Inn is absolutely beautiful. the kitchen and living space are so clean and cozy, we got a nice fire going while we enjoyed our wine and charcuterie. The extra amenities were much enjoyed - pool table, hot tub, sauna and steam room! The private bedrooms each had their own washroom as well. And can't not mention the view!!! Enjoying our morning coffee overlooking the water made the weekend even more relaxing! Would highly recommend booking a stay at this Inn, whether just a couple looking to get away or a big enough group to rent out the whole place!

This was such an amazing girls weekend away from the city! I will definitely be back. The bed was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. The views were beautiful. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and hot tub, such a nice touch. All the little details were excellent, and the coffee/breakfast station was a really nice touch :) 10/10

Talk about the ideal weekend getaway - great for summertime AND a winter retreat. Had the most amazing girls weekend with wine, laughs and relaxation.The rooms were perfectly clean, the view was STUNNING, Morgan was absolutely lovely, and the hot tub was such a treat. Would highly recommend for couples, friends, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings and even a solo getaway.
