Great looking parts! Excellent customer service( I feel it was above and beyond)! I accidentally ordered the wrong part and reached out to Black Dog via phone but did not get an answer. Left a message and received a reply with in 10 minutes no exaggeration with all steps even other options if I was exchanging for a different part which is exactly what I need to do. Martha thank you for everything, as soon as I saw the rack I knew this was the item I have been looking for(helo-pad 2020 BMW R 1250 GS)

I stopped in on a Prairies, West Coast, Prairies road trip. Ended up buying a bike largely because of the straight shooting owner Perry. Gave me a great deal on a used e-bike. I like knowledgeable, honest straight shooters with a friendly demeanour. Perry fits the bill. I highly recommend his shop!

Fabulous ski rentals and really lovely staff! Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Hired their downhill ski package on multiple occasions, and the kit is brand new and excellent quality. Miles better than what’s available at Kimberley ski resort (and cheaper too). The staff are totally charming and go the extra mile. Also hired their skate xc ski package which was great too. 10/10 recommend.

I bought my son a new bike recently. He's 10, we both thought we knew what he needed but with the very helpful guidance of the staff at Black dog they helped fit him with a bigger bike than we thought he needed. Now he has a bike he loves and can use for 2 or 3 years instead of bike we'll need to replace in a year. Very happy and would highly recommend Black Dog and their very knowledgeable staff! Too bad 5 stars is the max I can give!!!

Angela, Perry and their staff are amazing! A warm welcoming shop with great products and bonus points for two very cute, very friendly shop dogs. We would recommend BlackDog Cycle & Ski in a heart beat. We were visiting Kimberly from Kelowna and were especially impressed by the fantastic service and generosity that they took the time to make some recommendations regarding biking hiking and their general adoration for their home town. Can’t wait to go back there again!

Had great customer service. Started out asking what we wanted and didn’t recommend out of my price range. My husband got his bike fixed with them. The bike mechanic Dave went above and beyond and even hunted down a used part to replace the seized fork on my husbands bike to get him running again.

Perry and his staff treated us great. They were helpful, very knowledgeable, effortless to deal with, and we had a spectacular day on bikes rented from them. We had a small problem with one of the bikes and it was fixed right away, and handled with with a relaxed approach and good humor.

Dave was recommended by Inside Line when I was riding in the area, quickly diagnosed & explained the problem with that SRAM bottom bracket design & repaired with a better part that wouldn't repeat the issue.

We rented bikes for the whole family from black dog on our visit to Kimberley. The staff was very helpful with trail recommendations. They didn’t have the size my son needed to ride(xtra small). Angela said they could build a bike for him, the next day when we arrived in Kimberley he was on a Devinci bike. Had so much fun exploring the area and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again guys!

I have been to Black Dog four times now, and every time I have been politely greeted upon entry and offered good advice with no pressure. Angela, in particular, has been very patient and helpful when sizing ski boots, as well as just being a friendly and welcoming individual to work with. I have spoken to Perry and Dave as well, and are both relaxed and awesome guys.I should probably also mention that their selection of equipment and accessories is quite impressive, given the size of the space.Thank you for being the small town shop that actually acts like it!
