Brought my vehicle in for service - it would crank over but not start. Cabot Ford charged me $1000 for a tune-up and the car still will not start. I have been a Ford owner for thirty years and have dealt with a few Ford dealerships over that time. These folks are totally incompetent. I will never, ever let this dealership touch my car again. I notice that management ignores (or deletes) the negative reviews on this website but the positive reviews are oftentimes acknowledged - the management team is very dishonest. Don't believe the 4.6/5 star rating the Cabot Ford website - on the independent DealerRater website Cabot Ford is rated as 2.2 stars out of 5.

Our recent purchase of our 2022 Ford Maverick to replace our 2020 Ford Ranger started off rocky but Simon and his team helped to remedy the situation and get us into our new truck that we can’t say enough amazing things about, it’s a comfortable and amazingly fuel efficient ride which is a must for a cleaning business owner!Our sales person Todd went above and beyond to make us happy and fixed any issues or concerns we threw at him quickly and efficiently. He was very responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt he was truly interested in what we had to say.I should however also say I did feel that our concerns with our previous sales person did go a little unheard but they did work to remedy the issue with our ordered truck and for that, we are very grateful.The biggest critique I have is educating staff on product knowledge and communication.We are happy new owners of our 2022 Maverick!Thanks Simon, Todd and the Cabot team!
