Great experience. Rich is a standup guy, gave me my quote and scheduled me in as soon as he could. Took my 2017 golf in for a fender bender and it came out looking brand new. Paint matched the neighbouring panels and you wouldn't be able to even tell a difference. He had the car finished and ready by the end of the week as he promised.

I scraped my car against a concrete pillar and was looking for the best auto body shop to get the job done. Rich at Luxury auto body took care of my car like it was his own. He completed the job in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a similar experience. Great prices and even better workmanship.

HIGHLY recommend LAB for any body work. I backed my Lexus (with a 3 stage colour) into a pole with some chains wrapped around it and made a pretty bad dent in my driver side door. Happened to stop by LAB just by searching something near by in the area and when I arrived I spoke to Richard. He was very helpful and quoted me a very reasonable price but of course I continued to shop around. Let's just say I went to every place that my friend's recommended and nothing compared to the level of customer service that Richard provided me with - he was genuine, upfront, and super informative about what had to be done. Not to mention, every other body shop I went to and mentioned LAB to said they would highly recommend him to fix my car. LAB was a busy shop and I had to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment but it was well worth the wait as he got it done within 3-4 days and even had it back to me on a Saturday (an off day for the shop). I cannot explain how thankful I am for their work. Richard went above and beyond my expectations and if you want to know why, then bring your car to LAB and see for yourself. Rich, the owner, and his crew, did an outstanding job on my car. My car was side swiped. LAB was recommended to me. After reading all the glowing 5 stars reviews I went to check them out.Everything about LAB from the moment I pulled up gave me a good vibe. It doesn’t matter what kind of car you drive, you will be treated like family.They did a spectacular job on my Mazda. The Soul Red Colour is a three stage process. A lot of body shops don’t get it right.The other body shop I went to danced around questions about the paint colour and would not commit to a perfect match. With LAB there was never any doubt.My car has never looked better. Absolutely fantastic in fact. It also came back washed, waxed, detailed inside and out, tires treated. I was relieved to see some minor rock and paint chips were touched up at no extra charge.Rich is a honest, hard working, perfectionist that cares. He loves what he is doing. He will look after you and your car and never overcharge you.

I brought in my Forte GT with some scrapes from parking in an underground parking lot. Great one-on-one service super friendly and helpful. After leaving my car with Rich and the other guys for a couple days it’s like it never happened. Just let the photos do the talking.. thanks guys you made a customer and friend for life!

As a licensed technician for many years working on high end vehicles, i have seen my fair share of bad body work.Rich is the only one I will ever bring my car too. He has a great attitude, friendly and just cares about people.I have been dealing with Rich for many years. He has painted many friends, family members and some customer vehicles of mine.I gave him my white 2011 BMW 335IS convertible to paint and take the many dents it had out (this was my first experience with Rich).Not only did he charge me less than everyone else but he did a fantastic job. No Orange peel, blend was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better body shop.If you want to deal with a genuine person who not only cares about you as a customer, but the work he does as well, then go see Rich at Luxury Autobody.Ps - If the work wasn't good, I wouldn't be spending my time writing this review.

Amazing work and great customer service! They did an immaculate job fixing a dent near the front wheel of my car. I cant even tell where the dent used to be. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car before they returned it to me. 5/5!

The reviews speak for themselves. Rich is a man of his word. People take their Porsches and Ferraris to his shop but even if you bring him a Toyota Tercel, he'll repair it to the same astronomically high standards (better than when the car came out of the factory). Him and his crew need to be praised for the way they handle this business. Their work is not only first class, but from the day I stepped in to get an estimate until the day I picked up my keys, I was treated like I had been their top customer for 30 years. Not only was the work perfect, but they cleaned my car INSIDE OUT! 5 stars!!Update: my first review was in January 2017, when Rich worked on the bumper of my 2005 325i. In August 2017, I took my 2000 540i to him. He worked on my bumper, a door and both rear quarters. The work completed was near-perfect, and as always, I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with a man who's dedication to making his customers happy goes beyond words. On top of that, the prices were reasonable! I almost want either of my cars to be scratched/dented or to rust so that I can have the pleasure of taking my car here again and again. Thank you Rich, you're one of a kind.

Luxury auto is hands down the BEST body shop in the GTA. Richard and his team did an amazing job on my car it is absolutely remarkable, the pictures do not do it justice. They were able to match paint flawlessly and stayed true to every aspect promised. Having said this, Richard is extremely honest and dedicated to to satisfy to the best of his capabilities. Super professional, honesty, flexible, passionate, are just a few words that I can use to describe this shop and its owner. I would not trust anywhere else with my car after the experience I had.Will recommend to family and friends in the future!Thank you for your dedicated and hard work
