if there is a negative review i will probably go with that... I ordered bean and cheese nachos and told them to put everything on it i dont see any kind of cheese on nachos as well as on veg soya nacked...i told them to put extra burrito sauce but its not there. the person who is taking order i thing i think she is not understanding properly.i will not order from this burrito boyz anymorea year ago i ordered from here and it was worst still they didn't change anything

Overall, the experience was decent, and I hope that this place would be able to fix the timing issue at a later date if I went back. Inside the restaurant was pretty clean. The bathroom could’ve used a wipe down, but was not horrible. During my trip here in the restaurant was completely empty but it still somehow took 20 minutes to make a burrito and a bowl. Less than impressed with the wait time and hit or miss communication with the staff, not understanding/knowing their own menu. I’m big on chatting the staff up, and having some fun but this group was not having it. I would give the brand another chance at another location, but probably won’t come back to this one in Cambridge again.

My spouse and I ordered a chicken burrito. I watched the cook put on a glove and take it off reversing it and putting it back on. Then he did the same with the other glove. He was definitely reusing his gloves. I then asked him to get new gloves. He did but he or the rest of the staff working did not seem to care that he did that. We will never go back there.

This place use to be a lot better. The price and wait time is totally ridiculous. Im writing this review while waiting cause im bored outta my mind at this point. 30 mins for a family meal now.... the music was so loud we couldn't hear the persons questions as she took our order and she was far from patient. Hopefully the food will be worth the hassle and ridiculous price

Had the steak nachos and they were excellent. Piled high with TONS of meat and toppings. The staff was super friendly too. I’ll definitely order these again when I wake up from the incoming food coma!

The staff is not providing promotion details to customer while ordering food. And if customer comes to know about deal after it, then they gives excuse that you need to inform us for the deal while ordering food, so we can give you. Come on guys, do proper customer service job, and make customer aware of free items or deals when they order. Are you giving free food from your pocket or what… your owner not going to give big chunk of his/her profit to you.

My first experience in burrito boyz was good. I really love the burrito. Also, all staff members are willing to help customers and the service is excellent.Now this place is one of my favourite.Thank you Burrito Boyz.

The food was absolutely bland.There was no flavour to my naked shrimp burrito or my husbands naked chicken burrito. To say we are disappointed is an understatement- you pay good money for burrito boyz and to be served this was beyond disappointing. We will not be back and will advise others not waste their money as we unfortunately did.

Place has gone downhill.. ordered steak nachos. They fill the container with a crazy amount of nachos and light on toppings. Now with the salsas, burrito sauce they put them in tiny containers that are nowhere near enough.. only thing that has stayed the same in the hot nacho cheese.. not worth the price anymore!

I've been here three times now, the first time we decent, good burrito and service was decent. Last two times I've walked in and the BO smell of the employees was repugnant and I walked out. I thought it was a one off, but the second time was the same. Not exactly appetizing..
