Worst experience of my life, I hauled 6 oversize truss loads Calgary - Vaughan in April, 2022.I'm still waiting to get paid from their broker Ben @ Traffic Tech, Inc and its been 10 months. We delivered all loads on time and 1 shipment was late and the broker held my money from last 10 months. I reached out to Canam multiple times about it and they say they can't help. Well you are equally responsible in this as being a first party & a shipper. I'm frustrated and exhausted for not being paid 49,000 cad since April,2022.I recommend people not to load for this particular business as they will not pay you any money after doing the business. Traffic tech says Canam Group has not paid them for any loads as 1 shipment was late and they think they can do whatever they want.BEWARE WHO YOU HAULING FOR IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID BECAUSE CANAM & TRAFFIC TECH LIKES TO STEAL MONEY

Coming to this company every week to drop or pick up trailers, shipping/receiving and office guys are very nice and polite, what I can’t say about yard drivers. Had a situation this morning at 6:20 am, when I came to drop a trailer, I was stopped by a driver with the truck T521, who said I was driving too fast. I am sure I was driving around 15 kmh, stopped at the stop sign and did everything right. Even if not, this doesn’t give him the right to yell at me and insult, the situation should be addressed to supervisors and solved between the companies.

Canam is the worst company to deal with.Sales people are pathological lairs, never answer their phone and make you wait on hold longer than Bell, Rogers or the GOV combined.Promised delivery dates are constantly pushed; then even in the eleventh hour you will NOT get your product forcing you into a rescheduling hell.This company put my project behind by seven weeks and cost thousands of dollars in doing so.Avoid this company like the plague of scourge that they are.C.H.
