The owners here are so amazing and hardworking, always making improvements or getting new equiptment to make the gym even better! So grateful to have a 24 hour gym available ;) If you're hungry after working out they have you covered too at The Grateful Table right next door!

The owner of the gym is the most kind, sweet and helpful person I have ever met.I got so much help, understanding and effort to make my gym experience comfortable and enjoyable. Also , she is totally amazing the way she handles the rules . Super clean. Not tolerating any disturbance , discrimination , any verbal abuse. Received attitude via text messages. I have been lifting competitively for over 3 years and recently moved, hoping to join a welcoming community. I was called “arrogant, entitled, and immature” as if $90/m was not “entitled”. It is truly a shame this is one of the only gyms in town and ran by someone who doesn’t wish for new clients.

This gym is amazing. Love the 24 hour access so I can go any time I want. Gym is always clean and the other members are always nice. Staff are helpful and really on top of things. Love the little perks like supplying shampoo and and body wash in the showers. Gym owner is always on top if the newest protocols and keeping up with new equipment and fixes anything that's broken. Theres nothing more frustrating seeing your favorite machine broken for months on end and that just doesnt happen here. This is a little gem in downtown Castlegar.

What an excellent gym. The owner has done a wonderful job cleaning it up and renovating. She listens to her customers and has purchased all kinds of new gear at their request.I would like to add that the negative reviews below are from people who are upset by the owner enforcing the policy that non members are not to be granted access to the gym by members with access keys. All active members were warned that their memberships would be revoked if they were caught letting others in. She is not racist and is in fact one of the most open and caring people in our community.

My experience has been awesome. The place is spotless, cleaner than the hospital. Everyone is friendly and respectful. There's all the equipment you need for weight resistance and to do all of you main lifts. A deadlift area, squat racks, hip thruster, bench press, a bunch of benches, machines, and cardio machines. There has been a constant state of improving the facility to adjust to the needs of their clients. Oh and its 24 hrs :)

Recharge is an amazing gym, the owners truly care about their members and always have it extremely clean. The equipment isalso new and updated. I always feel welcomed and like it's a little family. Thank you guys for all that you do!

I love this gym! Very clean and never too many people. They follow all covid-19 restrictions and safety measures. Gym equipment is kept up-to-date and the music is wonderful. love how I can attend 24/7
