Worst experience. Do not shop here if you are not the same race as the workers. Me and my sister were harassed by workers and the manager was following us around like she was waiting for us to steal. Not only that but the check out took longer than us looking for things to buy. It took them just under 10 minutes to check out 2 items. Do not shop here. If I could I would give a 0 star.

Worst customer service I've ever seen, they should teach the people working there how to smile or at least be more polite. Very disappointed. Specifically the Metrotown store manager she don’t know how to do the customer service. She show off her bossy nature while talking to the customers. Will never visit to this store again and even I suggest others to not to go there.

I came here looking for a birthday gift for my dad and the employees were really nice and helpful. I really liked that they have t-shirts on for 40% off and the t-shirts are the finest quality. I am definitely coming back.

The most annoying experience. We purchased a t-shirt and a pair of short here. The store associate checked on us 7-8 times even when she didnt, she would circle around us making the whole experience very uncomfortable. When my friend was in the changing, she comes around every 2 mins. Acting like we would be stealing something from the store.

i dont even feel like giving one star. i went to store today there was a person who entered before and the staff greeted him and they didnt even bothered about me just because he was in suit and i was in my joggers? and no body assist me. so i just left please treat your customers equally going forward

Canadians Beware!If you're buying something online please note that they will charge shipping and duty & sales tax. I returned something and my initial refund did not include the above extra charges at all. I had to write to them and got my duty and tax back (Something unnecessary and wasted my time). But there is no refund on shipping.
