This place is huge! The pricing is actually to my surprise decent! I took my son as he had gift cards to use up from his birthday.I love how the downstairs is dedicated to kids! We even picked up some things for the pool for excellent prices!!If you haven’t gone to this location it is a must!!!

Lovely store with a great layout.Huge kids section and gift selection.The staff members are very helpful and patient.Love visiting this store. The displays are always lovely and they have great sales/clearance items.I only wished they stayed open until 10pm like the Erin mills location...but other than that an absolutely perfect store!!

Still a great atmosphere in here. Besides books, they have furniture and Starbucks coffee. This store is huge and connected to Square One Shopping mall. It's chock full of stuff to buy all on two floors. Staff is nice and it's got mall parking. A wee bit busy during peak hours. Stay safe out there people!

it's a book-lovers' heaven ! Me and my child often enjoy trips at their store, read books and explore new published material. This store also has a great collection of games.

I am officially in love with this place. Have a good collection of books bought from this place.

We've been to a number of Indigo stores around the country. This store in particular was extremely busy on the day we visited. The front displays and a few of the shelves were in disarray. We went in looking for a particular product that we were told the store had a number of. When we asked a staff member where we could find it, they advised us they were busy helping another customer. So we waited a few minutes later, we saw the same employee socializing with a colleague with no customers in sight. We approached both employees to ask for assistance and we're simply told that the item was not in stock and that it hasn't been in-stock for weeks.We continued to walk around the store for a few more minutes when one of my kids found what we came in to purchase. This was definitely one of the most frustrating in person experiences we've had with indigo in a long time.

Great customer service they have a large selection of books + gifts for various types of holiday . They have a good location as it’s close to Mississauga transit . The sales personal are not very pushy which is a good thing and they are able to direct you to a specific book that you are looking for . Overall the book store is large as they have two floors . Happy that they are located within a mall. Great experience overall .

I loved the vibe here. I would like to visit it again. Very good environment and light music. Thousands of books are available and a good seating place for the readers. Records are also available and other things like pillows and mugs. Very accessible entrance and always there’s is someone present if you need any help regarding something. It’s always a little crowded and I believe crowd says it all how popular it is.

Awesome location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I bought land of stories book and a harry potter Lego for my daughter's birthday. Navigating through the store was easy and fun. Lots of staff to help around and assist.Gift wrapping service made it very convenient.Thank you

I was in there this morning with my two children. We walked around for 20 min looking for someone to help us and/or answer questions. I could not locate a single person that looked like they worked there. I did find a self serve kiosk that likely would have been helpful had it not been out of order.
