Whether more of an extrovert or introvert, Isabelle's imposter syndrome workshop provided different ways one could participate with 1-1 chats with peers, typing in the chat, sharing with the group, and through self-reflection opportunities. I got an opportunity to work for Isabelle Hertz Coaching as a Business Analyst Intern as a part of my graduate internship program from school. Isabelle supported me immensely throughout the program and gave me the freedom to understand the business and work at my convenience.I also attended her free workshop session on Imposter Syndrome. It was a great interactive session, where we were given space to have a partner and talk about the self-doubts and self-questioning in ourselves. The first step to overcome imposter syndrome is the awareness about it. So the session was very useful and made me realize that I can talk, reflect and challenge on my negative thoughts to overcome them.I admire her leadership style in motivating and providing a positive working environment with clear values, priorities, and standards. I got excellent exposure to the field of coaching, personal development, and self-awareness which helped me to improve myself personally and professionally. Since working with Isabelle, I have made so much progress in my business just by way of shifting my mindset!
