We were very happy with the experience with Lucvaa kitchens. Renata and the team were very patient and accommodating with us in trying to get the best kitchen to suit our needs. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and they delivered on schedule! They were also very accommodating when there was an issue many months after installation even though it was not their fault. Highly recommended!!

Lucvva did a great job (especially the designer, Caroline and her team). The process from start to finish for our bathroom project was conducted in a very professional manner by all involved. The workmanship was ideal. I would therefore highly recommend their products and services. Keep up the good work!

We contracted out the Kitchen cabinet work with Lucvaa. The overall process that we went thru is quite rigorous, either it is design review, options on the materials, detailing and such. What we observed is that Lucvaa team thoroughly reviewed the design that our designer has proposed and advised what will work and what needs to be tweaked to still stay within the intended design goals. Lucvaa also advised us of additional options like grilled drawer for dry vegetables and step ladder that folds nicely into the cabinet toe-kick that we added after the completion of project.With respect to installation, Lucvaa was ready on time for the installation but our kitchen was not ready to accept it due to incomplete finishing of the mud/drywall. The installation team had to wait for some time but finally after some delay they started working without a fuss. The kitchen cabinets are well leveled. There was few short-coming on the ceiling and it was adjusted by scoring the top panel.Paint toughness is also of good quality because my two young kids have not be able to put a dent yet in any of the island sides yet.All in all, Gajen the owner, Sandeep the QA Engineer, Suresh and Jenu from installation team, all did a very good job.Thank you Lucvaa kitchen for your dedicated work.

Our kitchen renovation was recently completed, and we could not be more pleased with the results.We walked in the show room and loved one of their assembled designs.As a designer myself I pay close attention to details. Renata worked very closely with us from start to finish. The installer was simply amazing, he would not be happy unless it was perfect.We appreciate the flexibility the owner showed when we approached him with some changes.We are looking forward working with Renata and Lucvaa kitchen soon for some custom cabinets in the dining room.We highly recommend Lucvaa Kitchens to our family, friends and anyone who is contemplating a kitchen renovation.Joe Mancuso

Great experience with Lucvaa! We had Caroline as our designer and she was great to work with, went well above what we initially asked for and it looks (and functions) amazing! The few flaws we found (hard to see in the well lit warehouse, showed up more in shadows in the house) were very promptly replaced with no questions asked. Wonderful experience all around!

We bought a Lucvaa Kitchen 10 years ago and the quality and workmanship of this kitchen is incredible. It looks as good as the day they installed it. They did a large kitchen, pantry and bathroom cabinets. Recently we had a flood in our laundry room and called Lucvaa and they sent up Suresh to look at the damage and replaced them right away. The customer service is as important as the quality of the cabinets and both are why I would use Lucvaa.

Beware. Be very ware of this company.They promise the world but do not deliver. Our last kitchen was in pretty good shape for being 17 years old (and withstanding 2 toddlers). The salesperson at Lucvaa told us that synthetic materials last much better than wood. We believed him. After less than a year, we see nicks and dents in our cabinet doors. This is from regular use: putting dishes in and taking them out. The service person at Lucvaa told us they'd never seen that before. So we're the only people (of the 7 million in Toronto) who accidentally bump our plates and cups into the doors of our cabinets. We also noticed when they were installing the cabinets that they did not seal the underside. This means that whenever we mop our floors (another thing that we're the only people in Toronto that do), the water gets absorbed into the particle material that makes up the synthetic cabinet walls and causes it to swell a bit each time. Now after a year it's noticeable. Lucvaa told us that they never seal the underside of the cabinets and that water damage is our fault and we can pay to have it repaired. So this means that each year we'll need to pay them to replace the side walls of our cabinets! Nice business model for them. I wish we had never had Lucvaa replace our kitchen. You also cannot trust the reviews here. I noticed that some of the reviewers are their employees one was our salesperson. And you'll see many of the reviews saying: my wife and I or me and my wife". Since when do men take the time to post reviews especially about their kitchens?? In our case since my husband actually does all the cooking you'd think it would be him posting this but it isn't."

We have had a pleasure of working alongside Lucvaa Kitchens on a few Condominium and low rise projects. They have an outstanding team and a very knowledgeable staff. Their attention to little details is impeccable. They are always ready to help out with whatever it is that is needed through the process. We highly recommend Lucvaa Kitchens.
