Kundalini Yoga Victoria Studio

AtmaManprem is a big hearted, kind & supportive kundalini teacher & person. His cozy home studio is perfect for small classes, and the seasonally available outdoor classes are a real treat. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for the transformative practice of kundalini yoga. Of all the styles of yoga I’ve practiced over the years, Kundalini is the one I enjoy the most. It gets energy moving every time, has a huge variety of movements so I never get bored, and helps to move through physical, energetic & emotional blockages. I’m a big fan of the style, and am so grateful to AtmaManprem for making Kundalini classes in Victoria so accessible! See you on the mat!

I have been participating in yoga for about 3 months now & enjoy the variety of movements & music. The instructor, Al, is very kind & well versed in Kundalini yoga. The studio is small so number of participants is restricted.

My friend’s studio is big enough for 6-7 persons and the ambience is wonderful for doing Kundalini Yoga
