Bonjour,Services à la clientèle du Club Piscine à Lévis médiocre. J'ai contacté pour avoir une soumission d'une piscine, j'ai poser plusieurs questions sur la pompe, combien d'ampérage la pompe prenait juste à titre informatif, et je me suis faite répondre : êtes-vous serré dans l'électricité. J'ai été bouche bé. Pour que par la suite la conseillère me dise en riant : voulez-vous que je fasse la soumission quand même ?.Je trouve ça dommage car j'avais des bonnes intentions d'acheter ma piscine mais avec cette expérience ça me confirme qu'il ne veulent pas de nouveaux clients.

Just horrible. No other word to describe. Purchased pool at the Pierrefonds store. The service during sale was extraordinary. Once I paid , “thank you , next” . Issues upon issues for installation. Now not even 2 years later , equipment is malfunctioning. Calling for warranty support …get this , they tell you they are too busy to talk right now. Like they literally tell you that. Will give another 24 hours for call back (which would add up to total of 3 days) and then calling Protection du Consomateur for next steps. This type of treatment to paying customers should be illegal. Companies should get fined for this level of incompetence.

J'ai acheté une toile hivernale 12x20 de la marque porto...la première hivers 2021...elle a toute déchirer...ça tout pris pour avoir un remboursement..elle était garantie 1 ans.....j'en ai racheté une autre chez club piscine Repentigny....2023...et quoi....elle a tout déchirer..encore une fois .donc sur la facture elle est garantie 1 ans...et le service à la clientèle me donne la moitié en carte cadeau ....????ce n'est pas mon problème si la toile est de mauvaise qualité ....je vais essayer de rejoinde ke siege social.

Eh bin, j'aurais dû venir lire les commentaires avant de commander en ligne.En effet, aucun service à la clientèle.J'ai requis une facture officielle...., silence radio.Tout ce qu'on m'envoie c'est une confirmation de la commande qui me dit que je recevrai un autre courriel.Ma commande a été livrée sans aucune facture sur les boîtes.Je devrai peut-être passer par l'Office de la protection du consommateur...

If you are considering purchasing a pool from Club Piscine (Laval), DON'T! It's been one headache after another. They're always ready with a new excuse for delays. They will deliver your parts, demand payment (to make their profit), THEN tell you there's an indefinite delay. Not honest with their customers. Purchased our pool last summer 2020 to be installed May 30, 2021. Very poor management of their sales and contracts. If they resolve our issue next week and the end result is good, I will then change my star rating with an update. Very disappointed with Club Piscine.

Totale insatisfaction suite à la réception de mon spa d'une couleur totalement différente (brun) avec couvert charcoil de ma piscine (grise) pourtant acheté en même temps. 16000$ pour 3 couleurs différentes dans ma cour. :( Suis vraiment déçue du set-up. L'employée me confirme que le spa est gris parce que c'est inscrit sur la boîte.

No phone contact to complain about bad service in their affiliate or franchise stores. Do not go to club piscine as they do not care about customer service. They are only waiting for sales and let go of customer service. It is unbelievable that they are the main point of contact for Jacuzzi to whom I will inform of what bad service we get from Club Piscine. Good job Club piscine in reducing accessibilty to long term clients.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt.We have signed the contract for indoor pool last year and we have been promised that the pool will be ready in may. First they mixed the heat pump then the liner became a holly grail ". At last at the beginning of September the liner was delivered
