My husband brought our suv in to swap tires back in the spring. Well, it’s time to swap them back to winter tires and we took it elsewhere to get them removed. It looks as though whoever at Mr. Lube doesn’t not know how to put lug nuts back on. Thank you so much for cross threading them! Super appreciate it!!!! 3 garages later and replacing all 20 lug nuts and the nice price of close to $500.00 bucks to replace all of them. Yes, we came into Mr. Lube and all you said was they were swollen. But, looking at the lug nuts after they were removed, I’m pretty sure they didn’t look like this when they were put on!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but can’t.

My front brakes have been squeaking for a while now.. Thought I'd drop in and see if they could check it out. Not only were they able to accommodate me and check the issue, Tom recommended a brake service to both front and back. Was able to do this as well. Total time about 2.5 hours. Quick and courteous service. Squeaking is gone.

I had a car repair that I was very anxious about. Needed a new muffler and exhaust system since mine had been removed. These guys were amazing. Noticed during the inspection when I got my oil changed, and gave me a quote on my way out. I ended up calling that same day to book with them. They got me in way faster than expected, ordered the part, and charged way less than expected. I was sure there would be unexpected costs or it would take quite a while. They were quick, efficient, awesome to deal with...and best thing yet is the car has been running perfectly. I will be doing all future car repairs with these guys. They seem to make everything quick and painless. The best part for me is that they're honest. I don't know much about cars, but I feel like I can safely go in here and get an honest opinion on whether something is an immediate fix or can wait. That's rare these days. I'll be sending other people their way as well!

I took my car to this centre on 17th of June 2023 to fix my AC. The guy at the front desk was so rude to me. I have a bad experience. Bad customer service.

Super friendly service staff, got my transmission serviced in my 06 2500HD, they were down a tech today and still got me in and out in a timely manner, I'd recommend them.Edit: 9 months later transmission is still working flawlessly

Tom promptly attended to the vehicle and addressed the rattling exhaust in no time. His friendly demeanour made it a very pleasant experience. Great job guys!

my husband had a horrid experience with the Midas owner today - if we can give him a negative rating we would. My husband showed up for his appointment only to be told that he was not in the system. Although the owner did apologize, my husband was told to come back in an hour. After the services were done - coolant flushing and tire switch from winter tires to all-season tires on rim - they had a discussion with regards to the price as it was different from what was qouted to him when he scheduled the appoinment. He was being charged approximately $350 for both services. It seemed that the owner lacked the knowledge of the services they offer and had to call a different location to confirm what my husband was telling him. Very rude and no apologies given instead he told my husband next time if he expected to get the price that he was initially quoted for, they would not do the services again. My husband was not asking for comp for them not putting the appointment correctly, he just wantedthe price that was quoted to him. What an rude arrogant unacceptable unprofessional behaviour coming from an owner. This representation of Midas is absolutely appaling. Due to this experiencewe will never come back to nairn avenue branch or even any other Midas location. Very disappointing.
