very long and unnecessary wait, I went at this location, there were only 2 people ahed me in queue but still waited for 50 minutes. Staff is super super slow, there were 2 staff members but only one staff member was working. Had same experience 3rd time

It was fast going in. People were nice. Results should have been provided within 24 hours to the hospital for a urgent appointment. I waited 1 week before calling the hospital to follow up with a appointment for surgery. They said they didn't receive the results. I tried calling Dyna on Tecumseh, Windsor. It would ring but no response and proceeded with a hang up. 2 days straight of this nonsense. I am very disappointed.

Loooooong wait. Only staffed by 2 tech's. There should be 1 staff member dedicated to registering patients and 2 to 3 tech's on staff during the busiest time. I waited over 1 hour. Some how 1 or 2 ppl who arrived after me were allowed to skip the wait. I thought I would give them a try...I would not recommend this lab to anyone.

Been coming to the Tecumseh office for two years now and has always been a great experience for both my wife and myself. Staff is fantastic and very friendly. We will keep coming here for future bloodwork.

Very long wait times even though it's not busy. Not impressed. I've had much faster service at other labs that were busier. The staff however were friendly.

There was no wait time, taken in right away.The place is very clean. The service was as pleasant as can be: fast, courteous and very friendly.They also offer an App and online service at minimal yearly fee for an online copy of your results the next day and what they mean. In addition, other useful features are included : keeping track of medical information, etc.No appointments required nor any waiting in line. It is now my first choice for lab work.

Had blood work done at the Tecumseh location. No wait times and very clean! Debbie who took my blood was very friendly, quick yet gentle! Definitely recommend this place.

So ridiculous. 1 patient every 15 minutes. Only one staff member working alone and at a snail's pace. It's maddening. How does this lab pay the bills? At least the place is clean.

Quick and efficient service always. Wait times are much quicker than the downtown locations.They have an online check in option that is def beneficial. I had the pleasure of meeting Debbie who was personable, friendly and drew blood with ease and comfort. Also have been helped by Elsie on more than one occasion and she is just as nice and efficient as Debbie. Great staff and fast in and out in a clean, comforting environment.

Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre
This new Dynacare in Tecumseh is a great spot. I was there for the first time today to get blood work for a family member. The online check-in system was smooth; the staff was very friendly and efficient; the waiting area was large so we could easily stay distant from the other people. We were in and out in <15 minutes. I am thankful to the nurse who was very kind to my family member.
