Perfect Timing

I have a Rolex Submariner (16613) 1998 vintage stainless steel and gold that needed the bracelet polished as it had quite a few scratches, I was reluctant to have it touched by anyone else other than the Rolex Service Centre on Yonge and St. Clair in Toronto but due to covid and Rolex being closed, we have also been staying at our cottage I decided to have them polish it..... let me tell you I am very particular and they did an outstanding job it looks amazing maintaining crisp clean edges!! Thank you!

I took my 100 year old Sessions clock for repair. Has been in the family since initial purchase, and had been repaired by various Great Uncles and cousins in a rather creative manner. This was a rather costly repair and Perfect Timing gave me the option of paying instalments. While I didn't make full use of this, I was impressed at being given the option.I now have a beautiful, fully functional family heirloom to pass along, thanks to the master clockmaker at Perfect Timing.What I appreciated most was the instruction provided upon pick up, so I can keep this beauty ticking and gonging the hours for many decades to come.

I got my Tag serviced here and they did an amazing job. I love this place! I'll be bringing all my watches here and recommending all my friends to go here as well.

I've done business here a couple of times, and was always more than satisfied with the service, both to my watch and to myself as a customer. They take a craftman's care with my timepiece, and the attention to detail goes above and beyond. Not only did they do an excellent job, they even called a few days later to follow up and be sure that everything was going well. Highly recommend.

Don't take your expensive watch here for repair or service!After more than 14 years of flawless performance, my valuable Rolex (bought new elsewhere) was overdue for servicing and had finally stopped.Without a local Rolex service centre, I brought my watch to Perfect Timing and they reassured me that they could service/restore/repair that brand and that watch. I paid hundreds of dollars for a complete repair service and a few weeks later was told it was ready.Then the problems started. The watch stopped dead twice within the Perfect Timing warranty period. I took it back in the first time and they repaired it again. I brought it home and it stopped again just weeks later, but it restarted when I reset the time. It stopped again a month after that. Now, I have a truly expensive, but unreliable timepiece.I don't see much point in taking it back to Perfect Timing yet again, as they have already twice failed to properly repair my Rolex. Although they charged me less than Rolex would have, they did not do a competent job. A Rolex service should last at least five years. Now I have an unreliable Rolex watch, and hundreds of dollars less in my bank account.I will need to pay Rolex to fix whatever Perfect Timing did to my watch. Don't make the same mistake as me. If it's a special timepiece, find a manufacturer-authorized service centre. In the case of Rolex in Canada, that's Rolex themselves. Period.

Had my Rolex watch serviced and cleaned. If the inside which l'm confident is similar to the sparkle of the perfect outside as well as a 2 year warranty I am very pleased. The staff are helpful and courteous, the store is clean and well displayed. They supply instruction for winding an automatic watch with a screw down locking crown. I without hesitation highly recommend if you look for professional workmanship at a reasonable cost.

I have taken in my late Grandfather's watch twice to have it overhauled, and get new faces, bands etc. Each time I walked out with a brand new looking watch. I also have taken in a few watches at one point to see if any were worth bringing back to life. They told me the vintage Soviet made one was worth doing, so I did it, and could not be more pleased with the result. I have recently come across my grandfather's pocketwatch, and am heading back there soon to see if it is worthwhile fixing up (I think it was overwound?) and to see it's manufacturing date, which can only be found on the inside.

Fixed my Rolex Submariner. Very nice people to deal with a professional watch and clock repair shop. Charged a fair price could not be happier with the service provided.

Stopped now on two occasions for battery replacements. Awefully nice people in there and Alley (sorry if I have spelling wrong) is fantastic. Has good knowledge and experience plus great customer service.I would recommend this place for watch service.

Took a watch in to see if they could repair it. I'm not leaving the review for the fact that they couldn't repair it, I'm leaving the review for how rude and unhelpful the older gentleman was. He took one look at the watch and basically said nope
