I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the new Beauty Bar at Blue Mountain, and I must say, it was THE BEST! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain each step of the process to me.The spa services themselves were amazing. I opted for a manicure, pedicure and blowout and the therapist was fantastic. The quality of the products used were so premium and the manicure is still going strong (two weeks later).Bonus! I had a glass of bubbles while being pampered and shopped a really fun collection of retail options. Can you think of anything better?! Don't hit the spa before you get to Collingwood. Wait and treat yourself to a visit here.

What a great vibe at this beauty bar. So fresh and great waterless pedi with awesome luxurious chairs. Loved the pedicure and the experience. The polish is fantastic; I picked Honolulu:)

Riley and Becky were wonderful. The waterless pedicure was perfect. Steamy towels were just what my tired feet needed. Great drink menu. Great staff.

I booked the black diamond blowout service which was a great value! I was so happy with my hair and the ladies took such good care of me.

We just had the most amazing experience at this new offering in Blue Mountain. Our manicures and pedicures were very well done by professional and friendly staff. Ask for Miracle Molly. They have thought of everything including a drink menu, blankets, super comfy chairs. A great place for self care Sunday. Treat yourself! You won’t be disappointed. Recommend 100%!

My first time for a pedicure service and what a pleasure it was at Beauty Bar. The staff was courteous and accommodating to our needs. Becky was very attentive, informative, and addressed my curiosities for the waterless treatment with professionalism and humour. Will be back!

I went to Beauty Bar to get a pedicure and I was very happy with my service. Firstly, the inside is beautiful! There was a lovely mural that really caught my eye. Looks very lux and chic inside.....The pedicure was delightful. It was waterless which I had never had before. I felt like there was a lot more attention to my feet and they felt super soft after service. The scrubs were nice, and the hot towels were so toasty! I loved the color options, and went with a lovely sparkly gold color. I have now had the gel on for 2 weeks and it has not moved. I'm very tough on my nails, and usually I get a chip in my nails by now. Very happy with my service and I will be back again.

I had an amazing blow out. The head massage was so relaxing. My hair was so soft and shiny after. I love the products they used. Would highly recommend

This was the most over-priced underwhelming pedicure I have ever had--weak massage, amateur scrub! After a wonderful experience at IWA Spa, just 4 days prior, I was unfortunately expecting a similar SPECIAL experience at Beauty Bar by Iwa, but it was very disappointing! The girl who did my pedicure said about 3 words to me the entire time, and seemed like she really didn't want to be there.At checkout, the sales associate did not honour an online price on the Iwa Spa website, which did not match the beauty bar site (which was a minor difference of $5), because she said she was not the manager. [She also agreed that Beauty Bar is not as nice as IWA!]All-in-all, DO NOT expect an IWA experience at Beauty Bar. It also needs to be said that no salon anywhere doesn't include a nail polish change in their BASIC pedicure. Also, at $75 for a pedicure, I think you can throw in a bottle of water for Free, vs handing clients a drink menu!I would not recommend this salon, and would have given it ZERO stars if I was able to.I asked for management to call me...it has been THREE days! I would not have taken this review online, had I at least received an acknowledgment and an apology--this is bad customer service.
