My dad took his phone in within the last year here for a screen replacement and I also had to take in my phone for a screen replacement within the last week, I have a Google phone and my dad has an iPhone. Great service to both phones and no complaints. The staff are very communicative and professional. Keep it up please!! :)

Excellent customer service here! These guys are outstanding. My wife went in with a little issue and they fixed it in seconds and didn’t even charge her for the fix. Outstanding service overall. If you have any tech issues please contact them and go see them. They are the real deal!

My charging port was obstructed with a little piece of rock so I couldn't charge my phone..went to 2 different places and was told that the modular add to be changed(90$)+ labour time..Went to Mobile Klinic to see what they could do..They had a look and within 5 minutes it was fixed..best part, they never charged me a penny.. Thks guys , now I know where to go if I have a problem..very professional and customer service is the best!!

My husband left his phone on a trainer at work. On one hand, he's lucky his phone didn't end up in Texas. On the other hand, it fell off the trailer into the highway and was smashed. A lot. Big smash. But amazingly enough it was still working and we could locate it via GPS. How work graciously offered to pay for it to be repaired since it was one of their trailers that stole it.It had been sitting at another mobile repair shop for 4 months waiting for parts. I saw someone post on Facebook looking for phone repair places and this one was mentioned numerous times. I decided to contact them and see if they could help, and I was amazed at how quickly they could. They had very few spare parts left and we jumped on it, and a few days later the phone was back in my husband's hands instead of the broken retired one he was using.Thank you so much for the prompt service!

Jordan was very fast and friendly. He installed 3 screen protectors for us in less than 10 minutes. Their screen protectors are reasonably priced ($40) and come with a lifetime warranty - you just pay $10 for the install when you're ready for a replacement.

Can not say enough good about our experience here. Bryce was phenomenal. He was super helpful, got us all the deals he could, set us up with a new phone, switched over our accounts, was kind, patient, and friendly. All the staff we encountered were great. I can’t say we have had the same experience at other mobile Kliniks but the staff at the Spruce Grove location are excellent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service, I brought my galaxy tab A7 in for warranty because it wasn’t charging properly they told me a couple days I called almost everyday for 3 weeks and it was always something else.. the charging port didn’t work we have to order in another part we accidentally broke the screen so now we need to order a new screen. So today it was finally ready to be picked up and they tried giving it to me with the frame of the tablet all bent and scratched. Completely unacceptable, I understand it takes time to fix things but when you bring in a device that is in perfect condition and they try to give it back to you without a screen protector that was previously on my screen before but they broke the screen changing parts and a bent up frame after taking 3 weeks to be “fixed” is completely unacceptable. What an absolutely terrible experience with them through the warranty of Samsung.

It is nice that there is a place like this in Spruce Grove, they have pretty good hours and the staff is knowledgeable. The biggest issue though is the cost of services and products. The day I cracked the screen on my phone I went in to get a quote. They would have to order it in which isn't really ideal when it's your only phone. The price they quoted me was only $40 less than just getting another phone from Costco. So I did end up passing on getting my phone fixed and ended up going to Costco. If they would have had the product in stock and would have been able to repair it for me that day I probably would have gotten them to repair my phone instead.
