Appointment felt a little rushed, had a few people ask if I had cut my own hair as it's pretty uneven in the front. I wear my hair straight so it seems obvious to me. Perhaps I missed a coat hook, ended up putting my purse on the floor on top of some wires for the appointment.

My friend recommended Kharma on Goldstream after she had a great experience with James for her cut and beautiful colour, which I loved on her.I wanted to get a new hair style and some TLC advice for my dry ends. James took the time to explore the style images I had brought in and suggested some ideas to make it maintainable with the colour I had on the ends. He had good instincts for what I did with my hair on a daily basis and did a great job easing into the style to get exactly what I wanted. He gave me some colour maintenance suggestions that I will definitely be applying (apply violet #7 to the transitions!) and really cared about getting the right products to use on my sensitive scalp and hair. What really impressed me was not only his technique, but also that he really took his time and listened to what I was going for, and worked until he made that a reality without pressuring me because the appointment was running a bit long. His fun and outgoing personality made the whole experience really comfortable and was a great end to my tiring day at work. I love this style. It's a lot more fun and he was able to keep the length while really refreshing my look and shape. Thank you James!Following that, Teanna did my brows. I asked her to make them look 'less sad' and 'more dramatic', and she did a great job! I feel like they really open my face now and sweep to frame my eyes rather than drawing attention to the scowly bit in the middle like they did before my visit. ;) The best part is, she didn't really need to thin them to get the effect. Just great shaping! I should also mention that it was the quickest, least painful wax I've ever had. I kept waiting for her to go for another shot with the wax, but she didn't have to. Just one pass and then a bit of gentle, quick tweezing, then done! Great work Teanna!I will definitely be back!

Karma Langford has the nicest employees I’ve ever seen in a salon…friendly and helpful! I am especially pleased with the way the stylist, Becca, cuts and styles my hair. I have been going to her for several years and she always provides the perfect results! You will be happy with this salon and this stylist!

My first visit to this salon and I was lucky Suzanne was available to restyle my hair. She was a good listener and asked for direction to ensure the outcome would be perfect and it was! Her experience showed in the confident way she handled her tools. My next appointment is all booked.

Receptionists and hairdressers are always so kind and lovely. Cutting my hair makes me nervous but Jennae is always amazing at making the experience enjoyable and relaxed. Not to mention she is great at communicating what styles are realistic and most flattering for your hair type which I really appreciate! I always leave with a great haircut :)
