Dennis was very proffessional and i think his rates were fair. Troy (the long haired guy) was fabulous, very detailed and meticulous and did the job well. I have dealt with a few gutter and roof cleaners in the lower mainland and i have to say my gutter & roof cleaning business will stay with Dennis and Troy. No foolish gimmicks or crazy equipment simple effective straight forward hand cleaning with a vacuum and power blower.

First time dealing with Gutter Vac for gutter and skylight cleaning. Dennis answered the call(really like business with real people touch). He was patient with me through the phone and email conversation since we are not at the same level in term of technical.Troy came for the job and he is amazing, he worked very hard and get the job done promptly and professionally. The guys at guttervac were able to do quite a difficult job in a high reach area above my backyard that the previous contractor missed. I asked for a few photos of the area and the technician gladly showed me the finished result. The vacuum is the way to go !

The vacuum cleaning process to my gutters took about two hours, but it was well worth it! I got to see photos of how bad the gutters were before the cleaning and there's no way they got that full of sand since my last cleaning. SOMEONE wasn't doing the best job before!! Gutter-Vac got back to me extremely quick with a detailed quote on the project and some choices on appointment times to perform the work. Appointment date confirmed for a few days later and they showed up on time as promised. I found the employee to be fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and had all the required equipment. He worked hard and cleaned up any mess but there wasn't really any due to the fact the gutters were vacuumed" and not sprayed with a hose. First time trying them. Would recommend them as this is the cleanest our gutters have ever been. They vacuum the stuff stuck in your gutters and the drainpipes, which is amazing. They also have a nice 30 day guarantee that your gutters will not be clogged. It's been raining a lot and so far, so good. Our only negative is that their communication to us could have been better. They discovered a part of our gutter was broken and they told us they could repair it, but only told us after they left. That meant we had to book a second appointment which was inconvenient. Would have preferred if they tried to fix it in the same visit. Otherwise, we will try them again and prices are reasonable.

I had gutter vac come out to clean my gutters and I was extremely impressed with how professional they acted around my property and the cleanliness of the gutters post cleaning. The long hair technician was also a really cool dude and he plays in a band called just off the grid check them out

There was a slight hiccup and some rescheduling had to be redone. It was nice to be notified. They sent a very helpful, hard-working, and professional person (Troy). He did a fantastic job! The windows required some post-construction clean up and he left the windows clean and reflective at the end of the day. Took his time to double check all windows with me and ensure satisfaction was guaranteed. Pricing was fair too.Overall a positive experience, and satisfied with the work done!
