I had excellent service from their team: very slow laptop, installation of an SSD disk, first estimate that I accepted. Best of all, I was called after opening the laptop to tell me that it will cost me cheaper… proof of honesty Thank you for your seriousness

After spending several hours trying to troubleshoot an intermittent issue on a new RTX card setup. I have been impressed on how fast they were able to identify and fix the issue. They also keep a nice inventory of gaming pc components.Got a good after sales service with the video card, will definitively go back for any complex issues with my gaming rig.

I had never used a pc repair shop before, so this was a new experience for me and I had no idea what to expect customer service or quality wise. I can say without a doubt, that these guys know what they're doing.I spoke with David ( the owner) and paul (a technician) and they were very professional, and kind.I brought my pc in because it kept crashing and re-booting for months. They let me know it would take time to diagnose as they need to test out each part of the pc. I said no problem and it stayed there for nearly 2 weeks. David would call me and inform me of the progress, which i really liked because it showed me customer service is a top priority at this shop. It kept my mind at ease.They ended up fixing the issue (so far so good, 4 days without crashing when it'd crash every day before). Price was affordable for the time put in and quality given.Overall I'm rating micro Chateauguay a 10/10 experience; great customer interactions; great quality; the techs know what they're doing and you feel at ease. Will definitely return if i have problems in the future. These guys set the bar high!
