Red River Co-op Food Store
I like Co-op they are reasonably priced & have a lot of fresh stuff, plus I love supporting local. Most of the staff is quite nice & helpful. However recently I started getting stuff from the deli & the people who work behind it are always extremely rude at this location, a lot of attitude for no reason & one lady low-key yelled at me annoyed when I waited patiently to be served, no other customers in sight & then when asked I replied simply saying 500grams of turkey shaved please, to which they then yelled at me shaved or sliced, I replied shaved & they proceeded to roll their eyes, they then finished slammed it down and walked away not asking if I needed anything else. If you have social anxiety I would avoid the deli at this location. I had to start going to another location whose deli staff is actually decent.

I like shopping for my groceries here on da Saturday mornings. They could open more checkout lanes though, because the self-checkout machines are much slower to use.

Cleaned, organized , Local products and reasonable price with a excellent rewards program.Did I mention they sell local Products? Try Stonecity coffee, from Steinbach, they roast the best coffee in Manitoba .

I've been impressed by the quality of their produce the last while, particularly in comparison to the other stores in the area. Surprisingly, consistently flavourful fruit, particularly considering the winter season.

Always enjoyed going to Co-op here til' recently a new Store Manager took over. Constantly have to watch and overhear him yelling at staff and degrade them while shopping. A very off-putting attitude. As Manager of my own drug store, there is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.

I have recently become a regular shopper at this store. I find the staff always courteous and helpful. I like the layout of the store though took me awhile to get the hang of it. The produce department is top notch! I like the section of local Manitoba products. Keep up the good work!

Red River Co-op Food Store
I called Customer Service to ask the content of the dip on their fruit tray (that I bought earlier today). I just wanted to make sure that there’s no allergen since my niece has severe allergies with nuts and eggs. The label doesn’t say anything. The cistomer service staff who took my call wasn’t very nice at all. She said that I have to come down to the store again and ask their produce people because she could not help me and she could not leave her post at self checkout. Like seriously, we can’t eat the fruits tonight because she said we have to go in the morning to ask the produce people. I think that’s not what customer service is for.
