Melody is wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and caring. My daughter has enjoyed going to voice lessons with her for several years. The hard work is paying off as she is now competing and auditioning for roles. I would recommend Melody's studio for anyone serious about vocal training.

I came to voice lessons with Melody as a young singer with plenty of passion, and a thirst to excel as a performer. She always expects the best of you, and accepts you exactly as you are, especially as a young artist trying to find your own style. Her focus on the technical elements of voice create freedom in every aspect of performance, and helped me create healthy singing and performance habits.I continued singing and acting through high school, and even attended university for performing arts- and I took the confidence and skills I had built with me every step of the way.Melody's committement to her students is unmatched- she challenged me to push myself- and to enjoy every success: from an open vowel sound to a final graduating performance.It's easy to find a good voice teacher- it is magical to find one as exceptional as Melody.

For over ten years Melody’s studio has been a place of belonging for my daughter. Melody has fostered her love of music and performance while providing her with the tools to hone her vocal talents. With Melody’s instruction she has flourished, performing well during recitals and musical festivals. Melody also prepared her to perform in musical theatre productions at the Capitol Theatre. A bonus of learning with Melody is the tutelage in German lyrics.My daughter always looks forward to the time she spends with Melody. She leaves with a sense of accomplishment and well-being.

I was a student at Melody’s studio for rover 3 years, and in that time I learned how to improve my voice, music theory, and rhythm. I was given many opportunities to perform and practice. Melody is such a lovely singer and is so knowledgeable about music, a really great learning and character-building experience. I would recommend the studio 100%!!

I spent about 7 or 8 years learning from Melody, and every moment rocked. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I have learned so much from her. She ensures her singers are prepared for any future in music they may want by also teaching theory, sight singing, and ear training on top of the vocal lessons (and somehow makes it feel fun and rewarding). Over my time with Melody, my singing abilities have changed drastically, and most importantly, my confidence in my singing ability sky rocketed. I looked forward to lessons every week and festivals and recitals every year. Even more than singing, Melody is such a kind and caring person, and creates a strong and meaningful relationship with every student who walks into her studio. I could not imagine spending those 7/8 years with anyone else! It is safe to say that if I had not moved away for university, I would still be taking lessons from her. There is no one better!

I attended Melody's studio through many of my high school years. She is one of the most patient and kind musicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Melody's teaching methodology is grounded in patience and hard work to achieve goals. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their singing skills (particularly in Musical Theatre or Classical genres).

Melody is truly a gem ! She makes you feel comfortable from the first second you walk into her studio, and her lessons are so positive and amazing. I always leave feeling like a million bucks ! She taught me how to take care of my voice, and how to keep it strong and use it properly no matter what style of music. I now sing for a living and it’s the best toolset I could of asked for.

I took voice lessons with Melody throughout some of my years of middle and high school and I enjoyed every moment of it.While taking lessons I had a noticable improvement in my vocal ability as well as my knowldge of music theory, sight singing, and ear training.Although I didn't pursue music after high school, my time with Melody vastly improved my self confidence and my public speaking/performance abilities, as well as introducing me to lots of friends through festivals and shows.Above all else, Melody is a caring and lovely person. I looked forward to my lessons each week just to hang out and learn new music.I highly recommend her lessons :)

I took singing lessons with Melody for 12 years. I have looked up to her as a lyrical singer and as a voice teacher since the age of 6 and knew I wanted to be like her when I grew up. Fast forward a couple years later, and I can proudly say that I am a music graduate specialising in voice pedagogy from the Université de Moncton because of her guidance. Her work ethic and her goal to help her students strive, no matter their own goals, in an approachable and caring way are unmatched. It is because of Melody’s knowledge, passion, and love for music and teaching that I am where I am today. It all started with her. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone of any age seeking to take singing lessons. She’s truly the best!

Our daughter has been taking voice lessons with Melody for over a year now and has grown so much in that time. Melody challenges her each week and Molly has been so thrilled to see (hear) her hard work paying off. Melody’s positive and encouraging approach as well as her depth of knowledge have greatly increased our daughter’s confidence and singing skills. Molly looks forward to her lesson each week as well as the opportunities Melody provides to perform- both solo and with others. We highly recommend Melody’s Voice Studio!
