I have been going to Dr Tsang for custom orthotics for about ten years now and have several sets. They are great quality (my first set is just wearing out now) and they have solved my problems with Plantar fasciitis.I recently had some ankle pain and after getting no help from other doctors who just prescribed pain medication without any treatment, I went to see Dr Tsang. He saw me and examined my ankle and discussed with me the issues and pains I was having first. Then, after sending me for further examination and ultrasound, we had a follow up appointment to discuss the results and treatment plan for me. Most ankle and foot problems are a slow recovery, but I am now on my way to having severe tendonitis and torn ligaments being healed and have treatment and prevention options for the future.The staff at his office are also friendly and helpful. They always explain the costs of the appointment when booking with them and explain what is and is not covered by Alberta Health.The fees are reasonable and service is prompt. I will definitely continue to see Dr Tsang for all my foot and ankle concerns.

I broke my toe and after taking x-rays the doctor told me that the bones were not aligned properly but should find each other during the healing process and thought it would be best not to freeze and realign.I wasn’t happy with this course of action so I made an appointment with Dr. Tsang.I explained that I wanted an X-ray, freezing and to realign the bones. He pulls out a length of tape as I am explaining and continues to buddy tape my toes together and says this is the only course of action. Fast forward a year later my toe does not bend at all. I go in and see him again and says I need surgery and the cost is $5000Does not care!!!!!

Dr Tsang is a awesome doctor. His clinic staff and him where very help full and fast. He was polite and also gentle with my foot. He got right to the point and fixing my foot problem. Thanks to him my foot is healing nicely.

Dr. Tsang and staff were very kind, gentle, and a pleasure to be a patient for. He was running behind, but staff kept checking in with me. He was extremely patient, listened with care and gentle. Explained the issues and solutions. I will be going back!

Dr.tsang is an amazing foot specials and surgeon. I got 2 surgeries done for ingrown toenails and he did a great job on both of them. I don't know why this place doesn't have a higher star rating. The rest of the staff are super friendly and awesome people as well. They even gave me a good amount of gauze free of charge. I can't reccomend this place enough if you have a ingrown toe nail or other foot realted issues. DR.Tsang really cares about his patients and that's harder to find then it should be. If your reading this just book a appointment and enjoy the benfits of their fantasic friendly service.

I was a bit hesitant to make an appointment after reading some of the reviews.But, I found the negative reviews the complete opposite!!I found Dr Tsang extremely pleasant, explained my blood test results in detail and easy to understand.He carefully examined my feet and again explained everything in detail of his finding so I could understand. The office staff all pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a foot specialist.

Wait time is too long horrible service. They make you pay before and then you have no choice but to wait Next time there will be no next time

Why do we book an appointment and came there 10 minutes before set and wait in the room over 30 min for the disrespectful doctor who’ over book himselfI understand taking an extra 10,15 even 20 minutes as it happened some patient need longer time yeah but when you ask if you come in early and they said no, they insist on your timing and then you come in and you have to wait for the doctor just to give you a result of your blood workCan’ do that over the phone but I guess they’re desperate for the$ 25 they’ll charge you when you walk in
