Not over all impressed with this store sadly when i went to do a return she didn't even look to see the shoes that i had brought back or ask why i was returning them at all and then wanted all my personal information saying that it was for loss prevention which i understood but when i asked about the email i didn't want to be signed up for any newsletter she said it wouldn't but as soon as i got home i was signed up for it , not impressed by that. The overall poor service would prevent me from going back to the store sadly. No one even asked me for help the day before which would have most likely prevented me from buying the wrong shoes in the first place. I think a staff audit is necessary to improve store performance as well as overall experience with customers needs to be addressed.

Usually come here for most of my shoes! Vanessa or Sid are my go to people for help, but I think the rest of the staff is also super helpful. Would recommend to check here first if you're shoe shopping at Crossiron Mills!

Such a bad return policies. I went for return without asking me the reason for return the lady with head scarf on standing in billing section was kept on saying its worn we can't return. Ofcourse after wearing I will get to know about the flaws. I worn just one time when I bought they were on display so could be because of that. Without asking me she put final sale on receipt. She was rude. She shoud give me the chance to explain myself. I wanted to buy another two pairs as well but her attitude changed my mind. I wont recommend this store because they dont have customer values.

As much as this place has deals, the customer service has always been an incredible let down. Multiple times I have gone in looking for shoes, staff is busy on their phones or talking. Today I tried to get some help finding heels slips and instead waited behind what seemed to be a friend chatting with staff at the counter. I was ignored and they continued talking, so I left and went to Spring….the staff is incredibly helpful there!

The worst experience ever, I ordered timberland shoes online they send me complete different show, that fine you would think human error, called costumer service they advised go to store to sort it out, went to Cross Iron location which is 40 Km from my house, They have published Timberland Pro Iconic shoe and will send Timberland Men's GS Edge the picture is deceiving fraudulent advertisement. I have advised them to make the changes it is still up on there website.

Very bad experience! Never going to even enter this store ever in my Life! Wish I could give a rating even below 1 star! Me and my wife were looking for winter shoes. The sales girl gave us shoes which had no temperature rating. My size was on display and felt loose. So she gave be a shoe which looked dirty and when i told her that it seems used. she said no it is just dirt can be easily rubbed off. When we came back home we noticed the sole of the shoes she gave to my wife is not even close to any winter shoe.We never used any of these shoes ever, except for trying those in their store itself. So we went back to exchange it with proper winter shoes. The guy at the front desk called manager (why is it required in the first place to call manager for exchange?) The sales woman told us that we have 60 days of money back Guarantee.So manager came and she said the men's shoes seem worn. I told her the whole story but she said I have worn those shoes and hence she will not let me exchange. To that i said please call that sales girl and ask her your self. Manager told me she was not in that day and wanted us to come back some other time. I refused to that and asked her to call that sales girl and even told that manager you are indirectly questioning my integrity and saying that i am lying. Further i was never told that 60 day money back guarantee only applies to shoes that are never used ( how funny is that) STILL WE NEVER USED THOSE SHOES as they do not even serve the purpose for which we bought those.The manager went in the back of shop came back and my wife later told me that there was a security guard standing behind me after the manager came back to the front again. (what? seriously ?)Any how manager was able to get hold of that sales girl over the phone and then said we can exchange the shoes. But at this point I do not want to buy anything from their store and hence got our money back. STAY AWAY!

We had a great experience at the store at cross iron mills. As soon as we walked in , we were greeted by the staff. Due to the sale going on it was quiet busy , but Sidra helped us sort through the shoes and help us to find our sizes and styles. The whole time the employees were helping people around us. Thank you for being so helpful.

I bought a pair of boots online just over 2 weeks ago, I wore them 3 or 4 times, the last time I wore them one of the eyelets came out of place therefor the shoelace wouldn't stay in place... This was clearly a quality issue with the shoe. When I went into the store to return them, it took about 5 minutes for anyone to even notice I was there (the store was not busy), when they finally came to help me, they told me they could only do an exchange, not even a store credit... So I tried to find another pair of shoes, no one even offered to help me... I was unable to find my sizes, or anything within the price range, at this point I began to get upset, the manager literally came up to the front for one second and walked away... they finally agreed to give me store credit, but honestly I NEVER want to shop there again...As someone who works in retail I know that is not how you treat a customer, and if there is an issue with the quality of a product you should always offer a full exchange...The service I was given was absolutely horrible, and the staff was super rude. I would definitely not recommend shopping at this store!!!

It was a very good experience at the CrossIron Mills store in Calgary. We went to but snow boots for our kids and were surprised by the customer service experience we had. Their customer service expert- Sid(era) was pleasant, knowledgable and warm. She took us around the store helping us decide shoes not only for the kids but for the entire family. I was impressed by her patience, responsiveness and thoroughness about the store and the shoes.She did not let other customers wait and either asked for help from her colleagues or quickly guided them.The store too was well organised and had a good range of shoes with variety of designs and price points.I will highly recommend Globo and will definitely visit again.Thanks to Sid for such an A class experience. Anyone who shops with her will be fortunate as the shopping experience will be a breeze
